One thing that didn’t sit well with me during my visit at this store yesterday

I saw by the cash register there was a big bowl of candy, since I had my toddler with me while my teen shopped for clothes. To keep my toddler happy and calm in her stroller I knew a lollipop would help.

I went up to the girl working the register and asked if I could have a lollipop pop..

She told me no, not until I found this hidden “speedy the turtle” well, the lollipop was for my 2 year old who doesn’t understand she needs to look for something and I didn’t even know what this speedy the turtle was.

Even after spending over $100 there, she still never let my 2 year old have a little lollipop from the filled candy bowl.

I thought this was not cool. I was super annoyed by it. Really, to the point we will prob skip pass this store next time we are shopping for the simple lack of customer service.

Amazing team at this store. Everyone was so helpful and friendly with all of my questions and needs with different sizes to try on. This is by far my favorite store and my family and I will definitely be going back!

I was hesitant to go here for a return of an online order because of all the negative reviews. So, I called ahead to confirm that they could accept my return. The employee who answered the phone was very nice and gave me all the details to ensure that the return went smoothly: bring receipt and credit card used, and she noted the time the store closed, to be sure things worked out.

When I got to the store (no thanks to Google Maps which put me in a residential neighborhood!) a different employee waited on me. She was pleasant and professional. The return was made easily and without hassle. I would definitely consider doing business with this store again.

This is not a complaint more so to share the experience and that there is room for growth. Today we went shopping at this location. We were educated that we could save 10% off our purchase with a text. However, the internet service was so bad we were unable to receive the text. I asked the young lady if she was able to key in manually for us. Her reply was No…. She needed the code by text. Well that's ok we went to American Eagle right next door. Where we purchased something and I encountered the same issue. However, she pulled out her iPad had us complete info on it and Boom we got our 10% off.

I look for quality customer service when I go places. Someone that does right by the people first. I did not experience that today in charlotte Russe.

Bought my daughter a giftcard to use online since the store doesn't carry plus size anymore .I was promised that the giftcard was redeemable online but in actuality wasn't. When I went back they were very nice and refunded my money to my account so they said. It has been 2 weeks and I still do not have the 100 dollars b ack in my account. Today I decded to go back and when I got there at 11 10 am they were not open yet when they are supposed to be open at 11. Finally they opened at 11 15 and would not give me my money back but did give me the giftcard back ...what a joke. Get employees that know what they are doing. Will never return

Well I come here more often than a grown man should, but hey, a dad has to do what a dad has to do!

As you walk in the door you will be encompassed by a swell in the raging sea of estrogen. The sound of the clippity clap of high heel shoes and well primped toe nails on the faux hardwood floors. One can only hope that the deep rooted existence of hooch-ification can be partially limited to this store but experience has taught me otherwise. At every turn yet another fairly confused, barely clad teen girl floats across the store with the weight of world changing choices weighing on the decision of yet another meaningless accessory to try and lure the next possible human seed donor.

Could anyone truly be confused on why this place is going out of business? Not really, if the business is run by the same dignified young ladies that currently work here, which most definitely shop here. Well then the cash flow can only get thinner, just like the thickness of the cloth of in the clothes, depth or validity of their conversations, and the density of grey matter that lies within.

So sadly, I end my not so deep coexistence with this chain, as I wash my hands of those who flock here to shop with the others of the oh-so dense genetic makeup. Good by to my sweet Charlotte Russe. The vapid masses will miss your air filled existence.
