I’ve had this service for two months and I’ve had more issues than I ever had with previous provider. I switched because it was supposed to be faster to work from home and reliable but far from that. Internet keeps going out and they take forever fixing the issues. Save your money.

Chaparral cable has a history of providing bad service , have had outages with no call back . If you have an outage on the weekend don’t expect a call back from them till the following week .
My service has been out on a Saturday and called for the support from the after hours option , did not receive a call back , had to call myself on Monday . They provide free internet service to Gadsden independent school district for students to do online service . The district is getting ripped off , terrible service , had to switch to another provider with better service that offered service during the weekend. Am planning to complain with school board members to recommend other provider for the district. They are a RIP OFF …

Purchased a 2 week plan while I was out here training. Worked for one day then was down for two. Contacted company for a refund and never got a response. Don’t waste your money here.

Stay away if you can! Unfortunately this internet service is unreliable, customer service was slow, and it feels like thievery. The Army should be ashamed for allowing this internet provider on base. Also, it was unfortunate that this was the only internet service available in my area. The internet went out constantly and was out for three days without resolution or refund. Also, you have to sign in constantly. This is inefficient and unreliable for those that rely on internet while at certain locations. Again, stay away if you can!
