There is different staff all the time in the office, the only consistent one is Linda. She is super rude to any females. The guys she will help out in any way. Several times I have gone in to ask questions and she won't answer just gives me a run around. My husband goes in and comes back with answers. Save yourself from the headaches and Do not buy from this company!
