Since the new renters took over the daughter who is usually there running the counter is very rude. She has no customer service skills and always has a bothered look on her face. This is a great way to lose customers who have been coming here for years.

I don’t know how else to reach you guys I have tried Facebook I have tried a community page to get a hold of you guys as of 12/13/24 around 9 PM. Your animals got out my husband and dad wrangle did them up and put them back and tried to block the gate as best as they could so they did not get out again tried to contact authorities could not get a hold of you guys and the authorities could care less if your animals get out or not they actually said if they got ran over, it was oh well so just wanted to let you guys know will stop by in the morning but your pigs were out try to put them back. Hopefully they stay in there.

I just went n bought my Pomeranian a couple of things and was tended by the new owners. And it was priced good. It’s under new owenership and was told a lot more new stuff coming. Can’t wait

This is truly the worst of the worst feed store I have ever seen. Very filthy establishment, horrible scum place full of rats, very pricey and the owners are very rude specially the old woman. I will never buy from them again after the food came with critters. I'm glad there is another Feed Store in Chaparral : A To Z and they are way better.

Worst feed store I have ever seen. The chickens were unbelievably crowded and all ages were mixed together. Almost half of the chickens had blood showing or were extensively missing feathers. The shelves inside were covered in dust and spider webs. I can't believe they are actually still open with such bad business practices and disregard for animal health.
