Had a leaking toilet flush valve. They had the part and installed it for me. I can’t say enough about the level of service provided by Ronnie. Don’t be fooled by the “little” office/store.

I needed some advice about my 5th wheel, then camped at Lake Heron. I stopped at Ronnie's shop but it was closed. I called their number, which gave me his cell phone. I called that, and in 10 minutes he was there. We had a long chat, and when I left Lake Heron I came back to Chama, and parked next to his shop for a week while I repaired my truck with parts I had delivered to his shop. I needed to do the job within reach of an auto parts place in case things went wrong, and I could walk to the NAPA from Ronnie's.

Ronnie gave me not only a place to park while I did my repairs, but also gave me advice, materials and help when I needed. He gave me information on how to service my slides, brought me beer to drink while we chatted in my trailer, and gave me faith that decency and honesty are still alive. And he never charged me a penny!!

Ronnie is hardworking, very knowledgable, honest, and is not out to gouge his clients. I count the day I met him as one of the luckiest of my life. His wife, whose name I have unfortunately forgotten, and who runs the shop, is gracious, kind, knows her stuff and is particularly knowledgable about services in the area - an invaluable resource. Their business is small, but they pack a powerful punch. Anyone who uses their company will get high quality service at an honest price. They are decent, trustworthy and professional, and you are assured that if you call on them you will be well looked after.

I had a water leak on my city water hook up. Ronnie was real busy that day. I was in no hurry. So I didn't push him. He finished up his other work came out to the rv park I was at. Ronnie assessed the problem .went to his shop didn't have what I needed on hand. So like a champ he robbed his own rig for the part and got me fixed up. It was even after hrs when he got to me didn't put me off til next day. Ronnie's an Ace in my book.. highly recommend these people to take care of your issues.

When camping at Heron Lake State Park lightning struck our campsite. Our truck and trailer were disabled. The truck had to be towed to Albuquerque. We went with the tow truck and had to leave the trailer at the campsite. This unfortunate incident turned into good fortune when we remembered seeing a RV Service in Chama. Contacted Ronnie at Chama RV & Trailer, he went to the park and towed the trailer to a safe place in Chama. Ronnie was extremely helpful in suggesting alternatives for dealing with the trailer. He was always conscientious about making sure we were getting the best customer service and fair estimates. It was a major relief that we didn't have to hassle with what to do with the trailer. We couldn't thank him enough for all his help. Just an outstanding young man.

We had an air conditioning unit go down on our fifth wheel. I stopped by their shop in Chama to get a contact phone number and Ronnie answered immediately and came out to our place the next day. Ronnie showed me a minor problem that I was able to pick up parts and fix myself and on top of that he did not charge me for the trip out. Very courteous, generous, and professional thank you guys.
