Stayed here for 2 days and the service was exceptional! Our car broke down when we got to the lodge so we had to extend our stay to fix the car. Owners were so helpful and helped us find a mechanic who did a wonderful job! Very hospitable owners. Room was super warm even though it was freezing outside. Clean and warm room with everything you could need. Would highly recommend! I will definitely stay here again if I come back to the area!

Made for a beautiful pit stop! The view was beautiful and it was pet friendly with an understandable fee of $25.00. The cabins were very warm and the water was at a hot temperature. Will definitely return!

Weather wasn’t the best during our recent stay, but the room was great. Very clean, comfy bed, microwave, and mini-fridge. Great price. We were warm and cozy. Parking was convenient. Would definitely recommend for your next stay in the area.

Cute location. Easy to access. Needs some TLC. The fan over the stove was busted. Kept setting off the fire alarm. The lights over the sink only had one working bulb. The pullout was flat as a pancake. The pillows r too. Now for the good! Great space. 3 of us slept OK! The housekeeping gal was super concerned about our “visitor” and brought a way for us to catch him! It’s in the woods folks! Lighten up! The front desk staff was helpful upon checking in!

This is an older hotel that is VERY clean and well kept. The people are so friendly. GREAT place to stay!

We chose this motel as it was the only lodging in Chama to offer laundry and it turned out to be a very nice place to stay. It is family owned, the office staff are friendly and helpful and the property is nicely landscaped. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay in the same cabin 2 years apart. The mattress is horrible and the cabin is musty smelling, the ice machine is broken and the hot tub is not functioning...and was told it's been broken for over 2 years. We really wanted to relax in the hot tub. It should be taken off the list of amenities.
The owners should put as much attention into the cabins as they do the grounds. It's a beautiful place and the ladies in the office are super sweet however the cabin(#60) definitely needs some TLC.

We spent one night here in one of the motel rooms, other than being a bit rustic, and the air conditioner being a bit loud it was an acceptable overnight stop. Mattress and pillows could have been better, but I have certainly seen worse many times.
