The customer service at the CFO in Lemon Grove is top tier. Lisa is always so kind and warm whenever I stop by. No matter how early or busy it is. The gas prices are the lowest I have seen in SD and as a ride share driver, CFO has always come through with super affordable fuel prices. The service garage is great, affordable and honest. Bought car wash. Car wash only turned on for 1 min and I came to tell the cashier. She told me well your car is wet. Then told me to come in 2 days later for a refund. Horrible customer service

If I could leave a zero star review I would because the service here from the cashier named Teresa was horrible. I have never pumped gas here before but need to do so today after getting of work. I paid outside at the pump and went inside the store of the gas station to ask the cashier to activate the air pump for my car wheels. She was going to charge me a fee of $1.50 for the service but when I asked here why I needed to pay if the service of pumping air because in California it is free as a complementary service for customers that purchase gas at any gas station. She gave me an attitude and said that she never saw me pay for gas so I wasn't a customer. I had to show here my bank transaction on my phone to prove to her that I paid for gas since I didn't get a receipt for my purchase. After showing here that transaction she gave me more attitude and stated that she would appreciate it that I will never come back to this gas station ever again. For sure I will never come back as long as she is working there.

Worst service ever! I washed my car there and tried to get quarters for the vacuum. The cashier told me he was low and couldn’t trade me any. I pleaded with him to give me 2 quarters and he still refused , was very rude and I ended up having to buy something that I just left there for change. If you guys don’t have quarters for your customers then don’t have machines that only take quarters!

Also the other night I tried to get $50 worth of gas and I was told they don’t accept $50 bills!!! Take your business elsewhere

Rude, dishonest, bad people work here, just look at all the bad reviews. Advertising a low gas price and then find out that the gas pump is more expensive.
I stopped coming to this gas station and will never come back.
Golden State gas has cheaper fuel.
