Avoid living here if possible. The company will do everything in their power to keep your security deposit and take your money. It seemed okay on the surface. When I moved out, the only wear and tear I left on the unit was the small dents in the carpet from my bedframe and a quarter size area of paint peeled off when I removed my 3M wall strip by the entry. Aside from that it was left in a status where they could move someone else in the next day. I deep cleaned, snaked the drains for hair/clogs, ran the dishwasher through a cleaning cycle with a scale remover, ensured I left nothing behind and loaded whatever trash was left into my vehicle to dispose of elsewhere to avoid any additional trash fees. That same day I paid out my utilities bill and turned them off. Yet when I receive my deposit check after months of waiting, the $500 deposit is down to $129 because they charged me still for trash, utilities, cleaning, and then their processing fees. If I knew I was going to get taken advantage of and the company was money grabbers, I would have avoided living here entirely. Cameron Brothers should be ashamed of themselves, living in California is expensive enough.

Casey Gonzales is FOR her residents. She is supportive, communicative, and knows the people who live in her building. I toured just this past week and she knew residents by name, was quick to answer my questions, and when I had a question that was complex, brought me to the manager and asked the question transparently in front of me. There are no gimmicks, no money grabs, just staff that cares about you and your living situation. The team here is unmatched. If you’re questioning to come in and check out the space, do it!!

The apt are like a fake nice. It was built with cheap materials. Even the guest bathroom on the 3rd floor scrapes against the floor and it is difficult to open. Has a great lobby though! The trolley stop across the street is filled with trash.

I truly enjoy living at Celsius. Jasmine the property manager is amazing! She’s dedicated, knowledgeable, and always available. She's prompt with addressing any requests I have. She always makes me feel welcomed every time I see her! I totally recommend this apartment complex!

This is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever had to deal with they will come up with additional fees upon move out and will not explain them to you. There is no supervisor to help with any issue. They will give you the run around every time. The last manager Jasmine was VERY professional she handled ever situation in a timely manner I never had any problems with her. The new lady Zayra is very rude if she doesn’t like a conversation you had she will not respond to you or get you to anyone that can help. I now have a charge reported to my credit when I just asked for further explanation. Every bill of mine was paid on time but that doesn’t matter to them. 10 out of 10 do not recommend ANYONE to move here.

Celsius has super nice apartments. I love the size, the kitchens beautiful, bathrooms are huge, and they’re decent sized apartments. I wish there was guest parking or that everyone could have two parking spots, that’s been a big issue for us. The dog area is absolutely disgusting. Not a lot of people pick up after their dog, weeds aren’t picked, mushrooms are growing, and my dogs have gotten kennel cough twice since we’ve lived here from taking them into the dog run even if it’s just them.

I recently just moved in and I love it! I find it's perfect for small families or single people like me. Recently they just got a new property manager and I love her. Being a graduate student and renting out my first apartment she has definitely helped me understand the whole processes. Denisse made my move in so smooth I didn't had to worry about a thing with a apartment. She made sure that the whole apartment was cleaned and everything was fixed before I moved in. From what I heard from my next door neighbor the apartments were doing really bad because they had no manage and then Denisse came in and started fixing everything up. She makes things happen here, if you have an issue or any kind she will call everyone to fix the problem. She is fixing the parking issues and isn't letting anyone break the rules which I love about her because that tells me that the building will always be in order. My neighbor also told me that it was always difficult to get someone from maintenance to come and fix things around the apartment like leaky faucets but now with Denisse she makes the people from maintenance to work no more slacking around for them! I definitely recommend the apartments and I recommend to talk to Denisse!!!! 10/10

Celcius Apartment is a lovely place to stay but this apartment cant be a lovely to stay without the property manager Jasmine, I will say Celcius apartment can not function without Jasmine.

She is prompt to resolving issues and making sure your stay is worth the while, the building has good security system and also we have our very own parol.. This is a lovely place and thanks to you Jasmine
