The customer service of the store the cashier so rude with an attitude., I was asking if I can check my product inside the box because in the past was missing parts of a simple hair color
She was rude and told me I must pay to check the box., and she was busy on her cell phone while I’m talking to her ignoring me.,
So rude., why you in customer service if you can just simple be polite and professional to your customers. She looked upset on her cellphone!!!

Love this store They are very helpful and the guys are so funny . Great prices very polite and kind. They don't walk around the store and follow you like other stores do . If I ask for help he's right there or the girls come from around.. thank you be blessed

definitely not worth going to this place. very unprofessional! very messy, no prices to provide so you have to always ask, feel like they are over priced, and very unwelcoming!!!! I was being followed the whole entire time shopping as soon as i stepped in … I didn’t have a jacket on, nor a hat , I had a very small purse I could just put my wallet & phone 😅 i’m assuming they get robbed a lot so that’s why they act like that….. if they want people to come shop at their store and have good reviews this is not the way!

I went into this store looking for head wear. I didn't see what I was looking for exactly. I asked the guy with black curly hair if they carried what I was currently wearing. He said if they did, they would be in one of 4-5 baskets on the floor. These baskets were under the bonets in a total mess mixed all up with many things. When did we start buying items like this? We deserve to be able to select items from the rack and not scrummage through baskets on the floor. CDC Beauty Supply please do better to serve our Black community since most of your products are purchased by Black people.

I enjoy going here for the good selection of products, however even over a year now- and they have not fixed what the price is labeled for the products. When I look at where the price should be listed, it's just crossed out at the bottom. And again, I've seen cdc do this for a year now

I needed a wig really bad and I didn’t want anything special or costly. I asked one of the Associates if they had any wigs for like $20.00 ? She directed me to some cute ones for only $10.00. I found one that worked out for me just fine temporarily. Couldn’t try it on though due to Covid CDC guidelines in the store. I just went ahead and bought it. Satisfied.

Disrespectful RIP off artist . I came in to buy hair for braids The EXACT pal that I bought there previously had a price increase of $7.00 !!!!!!!!!! Because I had bags of things from dollar tree they assumed that I had stolen from them ,The younger guy there ripped my bags off my arm and hit me so hard I have bruises ,all for nothing .I have never shopped there before and never will again.a man saw what they were doing and threatend to hit them if they touched me anymore.I was so shocked and upset that I was crying ,
