The Gentleman I spoke with Today (Noah) was very knowledgeable and eager to help while in the middle of stocking boots. He showed me to the men’s side of the store and as someone who has worked in and around a boot shop for years I tested his knowledge. He knows what he’s talking about with boots. The store has a great selection and great people. Great First experience.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Cavender's two weeks ago. Noah was an outstanding resource and extremely helpful when purchasing a hat, boots, belts and a few other items. He listened to what I asked for and guided me to things I would not have discovered on my own. It was also a delight to connect with him on a personal level. Keith Fox is extremely rude and doesn’t take time with clients. Whoever owns this store please talk to him about customer service. Also please know Abby along with the rest of the staff are intimidated by the way he talks to them. He made everyone in the store uncomfortable by his way of communicating.

Made me feel like I did wrong by coming in to this location.

Got a few items that were on sale, spent only $50 for well over $200 worth of stuff. I got a pair of boots that were marked down to $25...😲 Got a couple shirts, one was missing a button and was only $7, I can put another button on the shirt, so I was very happy, but......I do think they are overpriced otherwise. I wouldn't have been able to afford buying stuff at full price. I was very grateful for the discounts!!!

Called to get assistance with purchasing a cowboy boot and was told to go online to get information and check myself. I stated I want to make my purchase in store and just ensure my size availability.... no help. She stated they'll be looking blind 😔. And people wonder why the stores are closing. Your employees are rude and have poor customer service.
