Cavender’s in Orlando is an exceptional store with an impressive selection of boots, hats, and western wear. The quality and variety are top-notch, and the store is well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what you need. A special shoutout to Jason, who provided outstanding customer service—he was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area!

Went in today after going to the Kissimmee Rodeo and seeing their name all over the Silver Spurs Stadium. I had had no luck at Boot Barn on I-Drive a few days earlier and felt pretty defeated. Jason initially helped me with finding the right hat one for winter one for summer. Then I needed boots and the real seller was Sarah letting me know they could stretch them for me in house. That’s where I really was sold on them. Prices were great, stock options were great, but finding a pair of boots I liked that I could fit in were where I’d been getting stuck at other stores. The second she said that and I saw how reasonably priced everything was 10/10. I had an issue with one of the boots and Jason took the time to work it out with me, right the manufacturer issue, and get me exactly what I needed and exactly what they promised. I’d like to say I made friends while we waited for the boots to stretch, but the warm welcome, attention to detail, and quality interactions will no doubt be the reason I send any and all my people their way and singing their praise. I think in a place like Orlando tourism can often blur the lines on trying to gain a loyal customer and to just get that sale. Because let’s face it..not everyone is a repeat. But they both knew their stuff and were warm and welcoming. I deeply believe Cavender’s is very lucky to have them on their staff backing their brand and it should not go unnoticed. People are always quick to complain, but not often enough do people take the time to give praise and they both deserve all praise and more.

She took care of my special request in a very friendly and dedicated manner.

I ordered a pair of big kid pink glitter boots for my niece for Christmas. I received an order confirmation immediately and three day later a “ your order is being processed.” On Day 5, I received an email saying my order had been cancelled with no reason behind the cancellation. I contacted customer service and I was told the item was no longer in stock…7 days before Christmas. I spoke with a supervisor and was told that they checked with all their 100 stores before notifying me. HINT: The inventory system must be dysfunctional if they do not know within 24 hours that they don’t have the item. Other than refunding my money there was no additional compensation. I explained we were 7 days out from Christmas and there was no way I was going to be able to secure a replacement and I was hoping for some compensation, a coupon or assistance finding a replacement - I got nothing. I went online to Amazon to purchase our second choice from a different store. Had I selected this product initially it would have been on time. Now the delivery date in January 2 -10. Thanks Cavenders…because of your incompetence I have no Christmas gift for my niece. As a side I did ask the Cavenders supervisor how many of the cancelled orders go out per day and she would not share the stat. My guess is it happens frequently. The excuse of it’s a busy time of year does not fly - you are a retailer and should anticipate this! While I will never purchase another item from this store all I can say is you need to do better with inventory control and customer relationships.

OMG what a shop, we only went in here for a couple of belt buckles for a present. I’m telling you now I could have spent a fortune in there. Love this shop so so much, staff lovely and friendly.

First and last time customer. I ordered boots for my husband for our company Christmas party a month before so if they didn't fit I would have time to exchange them. Sent them back the day after we received them 3 weeks before party called 4 times kept being told call back long story short 2 days before party I had to contact them never did they contact me. I was told the boots were out of stock 3 weeks you could tell me that from the beginning so I could find him boots somewhere else or pick different boots you had stock in his size. Ridiculous. First and last time customer.

Had a last minute boot emergency before flying out! Was the only place in Orlando for western wear. Everything was priced the same as you would expect despite the fact that Orlando isn’t exactly known for “western” apparel.

Wow! The Disney of western everything!!! Hat bar, extensive boot selections and loved their accessories!!! Prices are affordable too!!! Bought the cutest Montana West bag for under $50!!! Visit for sure!
