Castello Boutique have been a great experience for me and this is why, I was looking for a item that was hard to find and they had it in their inventory, Ally, Jess, & Anthony were very helpful and caring to my needs on what exactly I needed and even checked in with me after to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I ordered online and had a great experience. The customer service is very kind and helpful and they have a great range of items! I had accidentally typed my address incorrectly and they were able to fix it and I received my item a few days later. Would definitely recommend this store to others and plan on buying from them in the future. The only thing that was a bit disappointing is that I noticed a crack in the piping on the side of my wallet right after I put my cards in it. Not sure if this is a manufacturing issue or not but hoping I can fix it with a bit of glue!

It’s a very nice clothing store with a decent selection of styles but primarily carrying just a handful of brands, to be honest, the interior of the store did not fit with the price of the items as they were quite expensive. Unfortunately if you’re not “European sized“ you’re probably not going to find something that fits, for example, I typically get an extra large shirt, but the brands that this store carried had extra large shirt that fit like mediums. Obviously, this is nothing against the store. Just the brands that they stock. The one individual working the store was extremely kind, friendly, and, helpful. She did her best and went out of her way to find some thing that fit spending more time in the back room then I would have typically expected, but I view that as a positive thing.

I love this store! I purchased two incredibly unique yankee hats, the designs were beautiful! Unlike any yankee hat I’ve ever seen! And the staff was so kind. The girl who helped me was named Allison, and she was so helpful and funny. I just had to write this review! I’ll definitely be coming back!

Your store has an amazing variety of excellent high end brands with even better prices. There is no one better and no store better. I was able to purchase gifts for others and clothing for myself. Castello is the only store you need. I went here looking for gifts for my two children during Christmas , Hanukkah time for my boy teenagers and it was very trendy and I found “cool things for my guys to wear ”!!
The lady that helped me was lovely, very accommodating!!, i was concerned it would be a “
Snobby “

even know the prices and the merchandise were exquisite quality.

This lovely lady and I had a great talk about things that I wanted to purchase, some good gift ideas, and just some new trends that we’re coming out. She was so knowledgeable and she wrapped the gift from me and was more than kind !!!

I hope to go back there as soon as possible to purchase more things for friends and family. I would recommend this place!!!!!. I never had the confidence to go in all these years , and yet I am so glad that I did. You will not be disappointed.

I came into Castello to purchase a sweatshirt from the sidewalk and ended up completing all of my Christmas shopping thanks to Allison and Anna.
