They work really hard to get you into the ride you want. And their service does not end there. As a retired car guy with over 40 years experience in automotive consumer repair industry I was in search for my next vehicle after selling my prior one. I’m very fortunate to be able to live here in SunCityWest where most of my needs are able to met by the use of my mobility scooters. Realizing that at 74 years young I had only put 1100 miles on my car I thought I could do without. With in 5 days I had realized how wrong I was.

After dealing with several well known, well promoted dealerships in a 50 mile radius to me, I decided to call CarzPal where I was greeted by one of the family who suggested their Toyota Corolla even offering to bring the car to my home. Spent over a week visiting a dozen car dealerships looking for a clean SUV. Was about at my wits end until I found Carzpal in Surprise. Everyone there was professional and friendly… no pressure.
We were impressed with the selection of clean autos (and trucks) and the upfront and transparent pricing was refreshing.

Pretty bitter experience here. Maybe it’s a one off from their end but I would recommend you guys do your due diligence. Bought a 2016 Mazda cx5 from here with many cosmetic issues and bad breaks but I didn’t care because I could change those myself and the price made up for it. But they really pushed it once I found out the car also had a bad alternator. Not too upset because my mechanic is great but whatever they say about passing inspection or that the car will have no issues take it with a grain of salt. They also partake in yoyo sales which is not proffesional but what gives.

Just got home with my new car and WOW! My car and the experience to get it have been awesome.

I found the listing on CarGurus and called in to check on the availability. Ben answered and let me know it was available and took down our name after letting him know we were planning to come in.

Ben also greeted us at the door, immediately offering to show us the vehicle and after expressing our interest, offered for us to take a test drive.

I loved the car and loved how low-pressure our salesperson had been. I told him I wanted to go ahead and apply to finance. I don’t have the best credit and this was my first car buying experience so the payment was a worry, but I got it financed through one of the lenders offered through the dealership at a great price and APR!

I didn’t mention the carguru price being lower as I honestly had forgotten and Ben printed the listing I had seen and let me know they’d be matching that price. I am so grateful for his honesty in making sure we got the price that brought us in!

Aria helped through all of the paperwork and made sure we understood everything from the gap coverage, to the payments, and even had pamphlets for bettering your credit available at check out.

Everyone was so amazing to us and made the experience truly fantastic and seamless. I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience and I’m honored to support this amazing family owned business.
