When the car was ready, I was a bit uneasy about the freeway drive between Cartelligent’s office and my home as a new driver, so Ricardo delivered the car to my home and walked through everything I needed to know about its features.

After 5 months, we still haven't received the metal plate, and the sales person doesn't even bother to reply to my repeated email for help.
