Treated way better here than the lot at Rogers on 8th street. They were friendly kind caring and very helpful. Lee was a great salesman he took his time to show me vehicles and actually made sure I was comfortable before continuing. Rod the manager was amazing as well very friendly and a people person who was able to help me. I explained my situation and in a matter of 30 minutes I was driving a new vehicle with a low payment and they were open and honest about everything.

Kristie was absolutely wonderful to work with! She went out of her way to get us into a reliable vehicle, very quickly too! She even went out of her way to come to our house and pick up our trade in vehicle because it was unsafe for me to drive to the lot. Definitely recommend!

KB and Rod were absolutely amazing!! I let them know I needed to leave with a new car today and they made it happen. I am so grateful for them figuring things out with my trade and getting me in my budget! As well as working with me and being honest. I love my new Hyundai Sante Fe! PRO: I am thankful for Car Mart approving me to purchase a vehicle through them. The Atmosphere was Nice, especially for my Family to be right there waiting for all the paperwork to be done. Overall it was a Decent Experience.

CON: The Vehicle we purchased wasn't given any sort of Mechanical care what so ever. Find out it's a Repo and all that was done to it was an Excellent Detail Job to the interior, that's it. Brakes, Rotors and tires are Bad, nothing would be done on their part. Also I've mentioned to add sales tax to my payment, so they could cut a check for the DMV when the time came. When I brought this up, I got laughed at and was told it was a no go, so I'm having to pay close to $900 to get the vehicle registered and Tagged. Which adds a Financial Hard hit for this month. In future I will take my Family's Business else.

Had a real good experience here at the Centerton Car-Mart location! The general manager, Rod, took me out and showed me several vehicles that I was looking for. The salesman working with me, Tim, was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I didn’t feel like he was rushing me through the process just to make a sale. He was very encouraging of me test driving the vehicles to get a feel of how they drive, taking them on the interstate, down dirt roads, etc… I’d definitely come back here again to get another vehicle!
