All employees are friendly and helpful. And the store is immaculately clean and very organized ( and the bathrooms are the cleanest of any convenience store I've been to). And the employees know me by my first name which just adds to the pleasant experience that I've come to know at Carlie's. It's become one of the best parts of my workday.

Awful policies, have to use my digital license which is legal to purchase tobacco products here in Colorado and was turned away because they couldn’t swipe it. There’s a circle K 2 minutes down the road that has cheaper gas anyway, I’d suggest going there instead.

Haven't been to this store since shortly after they opened, and I couldn't remember why. Just needed to grab ice and milk so I figured I would pop in again since they are the closest to me. The store is clean, the folks running the store are nice. The prices though. There is no price listed for the milk and I didn't notice pricing listed for the ice either. In most stores you will see the prices listed. Grab a gallon of milk and a 10 pound bag of ice and went to the register. Now i understand that prices at a convenience store are going to be higher and I am willing to pay more for the convenience of a closer location and not having to walk clear to the back of a grocery store to get a gallon of milk. What I can't fathom is paying more than DOUBLE what I would at the grocery store for the two items I purchased. I feel as though more than $10 for a gallon of milk and a bag of ice that would cost me less than $5 at the grocery store is outrageous. Furthermore I feel as though the lack of prices is by design so that you just pay whatever they price their items at since you're already at the counter. Had I not been so tired I would have gone elsewhere. This will be my last visit to this establishment based on the ridiculous mark up on two very basic items. I also recalled another reason that I didn't return earlier, the first time I went, I used a card to pay for my purchases and remembered that there was a charge for me to use that card for payment. I don't know if this is still the policy at this store, but being charged to use a card to pay for ridiculously overpriced items will absolutely ensure that I will not return. I wish them the best of luck, but there's a 7-11 being built on Constitution between Marksheffel and the highway that will get my business once it's completed, until then, it's grocery stores or less conveniently located convenience stores with better prices.

I had the most exceptional service from the tall blonde gentleman behind the register. I cannot tell you the last time I had good service from a gas station neverless exceptional!! He was polite, courteous and greeted me with a smile!! I had a rough morning and this gentleman changed my day!

The women with pink/blond/white hair Help me today and I would’ve had a better time getting into a car accident. Zero acknowledgment zero customer service. I mean I know you have to hire whoever because no one wants to work nowadays but at least hire someone that wants to greet people.
