Grace at Cariño Bridal took great care of my wedding dress alterations! The bodice of my dress had quite a bit of beading and she was able to take out the bust and take in the waist (pretty significantly) to perfection. She was kind and patient working with me and was more than willing to answer any questions I had during the whole process.

I ended up having to buy a last minute dress due to a different company failing to provide a dress I had purchased over 6 months prior. Needless to say when I called Grace I was quite a mess as I had just purchased my new dress and had exactly 1 month until the wedding. She was able to get me in TWO DAYS LATER <3. She went above and beyond, allowing me to come in three times in about two and a half weeks and take my dress home with the perfect amount of time to be relaxed in the last week and a half leading up to my wedding. I am so so so grateful to her and her team. Thank you for making what could have been an even more stressful scenario, easy AND made with care!

I met Cecelia when I purchased my 2nd wedding dress from Kora Bridal on February 24th. My original dress, which took 8 months to arrive from another shop, did not work for me. I needed another dress in a short timeline and fell in love with an off the rack dress at Kora. The dress was too small and needed to be completely remade. This was a huge project, which Cecelia took on for me! I really could not believe how hard she worked to make sure the new dress was perfect. She worked very long hours and worked very fast and remade nearly the entire dress from scratch!! I had the new dress ready in less than a month. She basically used the dress I purchased from Kora as a pattern to create a custom dress that fit me perfectly and was ready in time for my relocation from Southern California. I was blown away by how kind, hard working, talented and professional Cecelia was. Her shop was lovely and she was calming to work with. She went above and beyond my expectations in every way. My wedding dress was absolutely stunning thanks to Cecelia.

I can't stress this enough--do NOT trust Carino Bridal (Grace) with your wedding gown. From the moment I walked into her shop, I felt uncomfortable. Her floors were dirty, and she barely spoke to me throughout the entire process, which made the situation even more unsettling. Still, I trusted her with my dress because of the reviews on yelp, but that turned out to be a huge mistake.

I paid over $900 for her services, and the result was devastating. The stitching was poorly done, and my gown looked like it hadn't been given the care or attention it deserved. The top was extremely uneven and the fabric had been stretched out. She had to take the dress to the back multiple times to attempt to fix her mistakes. When I expressed my concerns to Grace, she was rude and dismissive and told me I need to "stop obsessing."

Grace's "solutions" were to either fix the gown for an additional $250 or suggest I use double-sided tape to cover her mistakes. Double-sided tape to fix the over $900 in alterations. I was so upset, I left her shop in tears, feeling completely taken advantage of. With only 2 weeks until my wedding day, I don't have enough time to get my gown fixed.

No bride should ever have to go through this kind of stress and heartbreak, especially so close to their big day. Please, don't make the same mistake I did. Don't trust Grace with something as important as your wedding dress.
