We just had the most uncomfortable experience here. The owner of this business is so sweet and kind, but one of her workers, Carol, was absolutely not the same. When you are wanting to find the dress, you expect it to be the most magical day of your life… this was not it. Carol was nasty and was in your face, rude. She forced my sister to try to on dresses that weren’t her style. She yelled at her when she couldn’t think of what she liked and disliked. If you want the magical experience here, I suggest you request the owner and not her.

After a long and frustrating day of wedding dress shopping I made one last stop here. No appointment, but was immediately greeted and attended. Betsy the owner is INCREDIBLE, detail oriented and extremely helpful ( loved playing the devils advocate lol) I was helped in and out of every dress and offered suggestions based off my style and budget. I will send anyone and everyone I know here. A truely unforgettable experience. So thankful, blessed and pleased to have found this boutique and have met Betsy!

I would absolutely recommend anyone to check out Carinas Bridal! As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted and asked if we could be helped. My fiance explained what she was looking for and Betsy was able to direct her to exactly what she had. Along with new dresses they also had a great selection of past season dresses. After picking out several dresses my fiance was taken to the back to start trying on the gowns. Betsy's team was eager to help her in the dresses and even going around and grabbing accessories for her to try with the dresses. But they didn't stop there they were also very helpful on ideas, encouraging on how the dress looked on her and very patient with her going back to different dresses to try on again. Their prices were great compared to others as well. My fiance was able to find her dress with Carinas and we still can't stop talking about our experience with Betsy and her team. Thank you for helping to make my fiance's dream come true.

Betsy is AMAZING. That is all I can say! I had the best experience at Carinas bridal yesterday. Beautiful selection of gowns, all very well priced. And she was the friendliest, most patient and kind lady! She really took her time with me and made me feel beautiful and comfortable in any dress I tried on! I found the most perfect dress and I can't wait to wear it on my special day! So so so blessed I found them!
