Ordered the Spec D headlights... So when I got the the delivery notice that my lights would be delivered on last Saturday. I got out and started disassembling the front end of my car. The only positive is that did arrive in a timely manner and were packaged well. But the passenger side head light prongs were bent and would not fit into my plug on the car. I ended up having to fix the prongs and got it plugged in. After the install I turned the lights on and the drivers side turn signal was not working. So I took the bulb out of the original assembly and it still wouldn't work. Also the drivers side LED was inoperable and also after further examination, the LED strip on the passenger side was not attached inside of the assembly!! I contacted Carid via email that same day with the issues with the product I received. Fast forward to the first business day (Monday) and didn't hear anything from them, so I called and was on hold for 45 minutes! Then when the finally got on the phone, they started telling me that I would have to return the headlights and then a new pair would be sent out to me. I asked if they could send me the new pair and then I would send them the defective ones, so I didn't have to take my front end off and put it back multiple times, but their response was to have me buy another set and then they would refund me the money. Like I would give them more of my money!! Then they told me that it will 3 days or more, to iniate the return or in their words the warranty process. It should just be a return, if they want to warranty the product out. They should do it when the receive the item back on a return ticket. Not waisting my time and money on product that was sent to me defective, because someone on their end didn't properly QC the product. It's now Friday and I still haven't received a return label in order to send back the defective headlight assembly!! I was excited to receive my so called upgraded headlights, but the piss poor customer service has made this whole situation just frustrating!!! This whole process is going to go well over an estimated 3 weeks from the time I originally ordered the headlights, getting the return/warranty done, sending back the headlights and them sending me a new set!! I doubt very seriously that I will purchase or recommend purchasing anything from them in the future!! Do Better!!!!

SCAM COMPANY – AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

CARiD sold me defective headlights at a premium price, plus I paid for professional installation by a certified mechanic and an automotive electrician, so there was zero user error on my end.

Before installing them, I personally confirmed with CARiD support that these headlights had the correct harness to avoid wasting time and money on a faulty product. They assured me everything would fit. They lied.

After four hours of troubleshooting, we finally got them installed—only for them to fail the same day.
• A little rain, and the lenses filled with moisture.
• The DRL is stuck on orange instead of white LED.
• The left headlight beam is completely misaligned, making night driving unsafe.

When I contacted CARiD, their only solution was to return the headlights, as if that somehow covers the installation costs, wasted labor, and lost time. What about the certified mechanic and electrician I paid? What about my time and money?
They don’t care!

CARiD is a dishonest company selling low-quality parts with zero accountability.
If you value your time and money, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Very unrepeatable company. Purchased a compete brake kit and spoke to sales agent before I purchased kit. Even though rotors weren’t coated when I explained had kit installed 3 weeks ago washed car twice air dried with air compressor and never out in the rain and is kept in climate controlled garage he stated they won’t rust and now rotors are totally rusted and refuse to do anything to make it right.Buyer BEWARE worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. And if your lucky to get through to customer service, consider yourself lucky.🤬

I ordered pillar posts for a 2006 buick lacrosse at carid, and they were too small. Apparently, they are made that way by the manufacturer. I called Carid, and they took care of it. Once they received the part back, they gave me a full refund, and its much appreciated. When things go wrong, Carid will make it right. I won't hesitate to shop there again.

Have had a terrible experience with them. Have sent multiple emails and photos of the part not fitting. They ask for more photos I send them. Because the manufacturer said it is supposed to fit and it doesn't I get charged a restocking fee and get charged shipping back to them for poor fitment issues. I work at a body shop and this was for my personal vehicle. I will never buy another part and will refuse to buy anything for the shop I work at for repairs from them. If I could take stars I would!!! Totally unsatisfied with them!!

I would really recommend viewing your items closely before you install. I ordered something as simple as 4x4 decals for a Ram 1500. The description online listed them as black and white. When the first set arrived I installed them and didn't notice until after peeling the film they were brown. I ordered another set thinking maybe it was a simple fulfillment mistake but yet again the next set that were supposed to be black and white were walnut brown which you could only tell by reading the faded label on the film. Car ID would only refund me for the second set of decals not the first and it was only after being on the phone for 25 minutes and having to talk to two separate people and a supervisor who was conveniently not available.

BUYER BEWARE - Not a legitimate business. I bought rims and lug nuts. Take a look at what I bought and what I got. They told me I need to paint the rims and the rims came with the lugnuts!!!! Thieves !!!! Rims not even painted around lugnuts sold as a set!!!

I had a rep order the parts for my 2015 f250
Although fuel pump assembly is correct as well as the purge valve connector . The hose assembly wasn’t even close to. I returned the item in a box
Mind you that the part was never used . They came back to say they couldn’t return item due to not in an original box . Such bs I have never seen such nonsense. I will be dealing with Napa or the dealer directly . Since they can’t send the right part nor give credit for there incompetence.
