Move in was super quick and easy! Brett was super responsive with helping me get my keys. When I moved in, I noticed my table was crooked and window screen had fallen out, and the maintenance staff fixed it immediately. Only complaint is the oven doesn’t have temperature marks on it, which makes it a little hard for cooking, but overall not a big deal. Place is very new and modern. Entrance hallway bigger than I thought. And i LOVE the dishwasher.

i recently moved into capri a couple of months ago and maintenance and management have been very helpful and kind to me! they worked really fast to let me move into my new apartment on their abrego location early. maintenance responds very quickly through work orders, for me they came 10 minutes after i put it in! their abrego location is very nice and quieter.

I am the parent of a second-year student at Santa Barbara, and I wanted to acknowledge Brett Williams for his efforts. My son initially thought he had reserved a single in a shared apartment, but upon arrival, he realized that wasn’t the case. Since all the units were rented and the buildings were at full capacity, there was nothing Brett could do for us at the time. However, we asked him to keep us in mind if anything opened up. He set realistic expectations, explaining that while it was rare, singles did occasionally become available.

After about seven weeks, we received the great news that a single had opened up, and my son was able to move in as he had originally planned. We’re grateful that Brett remembered us and that everything worked out in the end. Perhaps even more importantly, my son learned a valuable lesson: things sometimes do have a way of working out when you communicate your needs and remain patient.

Lived here for two years. Would honestly not recommend it to anyone. Best part of capri is the location (close to campus/right in front of co-op), and very efficient maintenance from William. Very expensive for shoebox apartments (especially if youre paying for the single "room" that is essentially the living room with a separated sliding glass door that doesnt even touch the ceiling). throughout the 2 years our toilet broke around 20 times and management only provided surface level solutions. We complained of an egg smell that was not addressed and eventually we had a major pipe leak that flooded our kitchen and were relocated to a hotel for a few weeks, but still needed to pay rent in that time. The landlord is very difficult to reach, is never on the premises, and doesn't always respond to messages. Overall not worth it, Ive had much better experiences at other apartments.

Honestly such an easy transition I moved in the week I applied, I got a bed and a lot of storage space upon arrival and honestly one of the more cheaper places to live in IV without having to live with 8+ other people. Also if you want to live in a quieter neighborhood I would suggest applying to their complex on Abrego, you get a lot less of that IV party life down there.

Just moved in today and so far so good, Brett was very kind and helpful when it came to any questions asked. The room is nice and cozy looking and so far no complaints.

Move in process was quick and easy - Brett was very friendly and helpful throughout as well. Very high quality space, fully furnished and great conditions.

Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated. Service is very quick if something is wrong. The slider room is quite big and private.
