Ordered on Tuesday did 3 day shipping and won't receive until Monday.... call customer service and got very rudely told it specifically said on the website that orders after 11am would not be shipped. When I said I did not find that, she went to look then had to put me on hold because there was no mention of 11am. IT was not clear anywhere on the website that my order if ordered on Tuesday would not make it to me by Friday. DO NOT ORDER and pay for anything you need on a timely basis and don't bother calling them. I have ordered online through lots of businesses and never had an issue like that. I also have never experienced a customer service person so unconcerned about the customer.
