Walking in it seems like a pleasant experience as you find out they have a sizeable selection, deals going, and offer you a 10% discount as a new customer. After looking through the menu you realize everything is just about as overpriced as almost every other dispensary in Jersey. Then when you finally decide to get an item because it's on discount you get to the counter to find out your 10% discount only applies to items without any promotions already in place for it. We saw the price and were shocked by how much higher it was than our original total and asked why the difference to which they explained the state tax was an additional 6%. We paid and decided to look over our receipt after, from which we saw that they had added a $14 tip for themselves without asking and an additional 2% for the county tax. We demanded the tip back and eventually got it although they argued with us saying that by paying we had signed a contract with them and it stated that tip was included. To sneakily hide that you're tipping at least 10% to your staff in tiny text before you pay and make no mention of it to your customers when they ask for a price explanation is exploitative and reason enough to shop elsewhere

every experience i've had has been exceptional. each time i visit, i’m warmly greeted with a smile and promptly attended to, even when they’re busy. the interactions i’ve had with the different staff members have all been memorable. they each bring their own unique, positive energy, and i always feel welcomed, like part of their family. they’re highly knowledgeable about their products and consistently steer me in the right direction. while they offer suggestions, i never feel pressured to buy something i don’t need. they take the time to listen to my requests, concerns, and health needs, ensuring i leave feeling better physically. i always leave with a smile, knowing i’m in good hands. if something doesn’t work for me, they offer other options and help me find exactly what i need. i’d give them 10 stars if i could!

Staff were super friendly and knowledgeable so I am not throwing them under the bus, but be very careful here. I have never bought a jar of flower at any other legal dispensary that has not been sealed until this place. No seal on the box or jar itself and at almost $60 for an eighth, suspect at best.
In the photos you will see a half piece of scotch tape on box and the jar is childproof but no type of safety seal whatsoever under the lid itself.
