I wish they have more care for their customers as well as their products. Called to let them know that in a 1/8 not even half way through the bag two seeds and hella stem. And was told thats why I don’t like the brand. Come on do better your only place local!!! I’ve been to plenty of dispensaries there is lots of product to put in your shop.

Mostly has been a waste of time... Employees try to be nice..but honestly lack in product knowledge..like I don't even think some of them have ever used marijuana.. The cartridge choices... Are limited to very expensive... Products..occasionally they have affordable inventory...but nothing if any value..We started going to Westwood Dispensary.... Honestly it's a hidden gem.. Grateful for the option.. would love to see more effort put into..this dispensary.... In the future..but it will be a while before we try again

I have been a customer for years, since they opened. For the most part they were a decent place to shop. Today though, my wife and I were treated very poorly by the door woman. The way she spoke to my wife and I was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. No class. Canna Junction, you have lost a long time customer. I'm disappointed in how you handled this interaction. Your employees are a reflection of your business, how they talk to and interact with people mean a lot.

Placed an order online at 3:22 pm called right after to verify you guys had a driver. Got told yes. I said cool. Called back 4:35 to make sure you had right address got told yes I text the number multiple times for an update no reply. I call now they say sorry probably won't get delivered till tomorrow we stop delivering at 5. I say OK I placed my order at 3:22 sooooo. The issue was we don't have the products you ordered. OK so why did no one call and inform me. (Long pause) we were busy?. I say OK can we do it now sense you guys dropped the ball. We can change the order but still don't get it till tomorrow. Even tho I placed an hour and a half before cutoff.

Get your shit together hire competent people. Fix mistakes when it was your fault or atleast be kind and reach out to the customer.

I'd give more stars however the security gaurd a female came out very rude and aggressive yelling at me and my husband because the kids were in the car. Were from oregon and aren't to familiar with Californias policies but I dont think yelling aggressively to get my car off the property was the right way to go. I totally understand policies etc but there's always a different way to speak to others in a nice way to get your point across. Definitely won't be returning after this. Hope the security gaurd got some time to step away to smoke or something....

Canna junction is one of the Is friendliest and inviting places in town.
The wait room is Fancy and comforting, the staff is pretty awesome.
They got the best products.

Every time I leave it's always an uplifting experience. 10/10 recommend
