Positive: For the price, you couldn't expect more. Nice staff, clean and a good location are the things we liked best. Negative: We were booked for 6 nights. I feel it's the maids responsibility to see if a guest needs clean towels every couple of days, at least. However the hotel requires the guest to carry dirty towels to the front desk to exchange them for clean ones.

Great rooms and cupboard. Quiet, never heard our neighbors or activity in hallway. Location close to events and tourism spots and beaches. Great staff, customer focused. The room has all you need to rest up for your events business or leisure. Staff is informative, helpful, customer focused, and always friendly. Easy access for travel to all the panhandle of Florida. A quiet, restful stay with easy access to all our events at a very reasonable price - a great value for the dollar. I would stay again.

Mileak was very courteous, polite and professional. He has a great sense of style, too! Nicholas was quite helpful and friendly. You just have one giant problem. They work at the front desk and seem to believe that waiting on the public is an inconvenience. Very gruff and unpleasant. Very little eye contact, told me nothing about the hotel at all when I checked in, unfriendly at best. I’m an old white guy with a silver beard and I could tell they didn’t like me at all because of the color of my skin regardless of how kind I was to them. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times…but because of the condescending attitude from this one person, I will never stay there again. I’m sure you know who it is. Also, I spent 5 nights and there was never a manager on duty. At least that’s what the front desk person said.

The check in experience was amazing. Anna welcomed us and handled the checkin process expeditiously. |Anna deserves a shout out. She was checking two parties in and graciously handling a VERY rude and obnoxious women on the phone. She did an excellent job with all three jobs.|We will definitely stay with Candlewood again.

Excellent stay. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Room and furniture were comfortable. Shower was hot and good. The coffee corner was well stocked with snacks and breakfast items for purchase. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located. Looking forward to our next trip.

Enjoyed the spacious room with very comfortable bed and pillows. Large desk, and love the shelves and drawers in the bathroom. Having a full sized refrigerator was wonderful to refreeze ice packs and keep my food cold that has been on a cooler. Convenient to have a stovetop and pans, dishes, etc.
The TV was older, but for us that is not a deal breaker!

This was our second extended vacation at this facility and would recommend the comfort of the rooms and location of this hotel. We travel with our little chihuahua and appreciate a place where they welcome your fur babies. All the staff are wonderful!

Upon arrivingl, the lobby smelled overwhelmingly smoke-filled.The staff was very friendly, and the room was OK. Please ilnvest in better and larger televisions . The pillows smelled like they had been slept on. Linen on bed was dingy.Tub was dingy. |Hotel needs updating.Huge white stain on hallway carpet certainly detracts from quality. The price of the stay was good.|I hate hotels that don't offer breakfast.Big disapppintment. That is the best part of a hotel stay because you get to meet new people.
