We loved the location of the hotel because it was very close to family and the freeway that we were visiting. Plus being a newer hotel we assumed that it would be very nice, I should not assume. Once we got there ( after check in time) I was told that the room was not ready and we would have to wait for 10 mins. no problem. The bed was comfy, the space in the handicapped accessible room was great for my husband and his scooter. The horrible thing about the room it that it smelled so bad of smoke/ cigarettes. The bed sheets, pillows, even the towels. I advised the clerk about the smell and she told me that she would have the carpet cleaned the next day while we were out. She didn't offer a new room, maybe that was the only H/C room that they had, Im not sure. I sprayed Lysol as much as I could, so that we wouldn't smell like an old ashtray the next morning. So the next day we leave. and when we got back later that evening, the carpet was still damp and the room still smelled like an ashtray. When we left the next morning we all had headaches. I hope the other rooms in this hotel did not smell this bad. Please charge the people before us extra because they did not follow the no smoking rules!! No one should have to sleep like that unless you are in your own house and not a hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable. Could have used hangers for our clothes ..the pegs on the wall leave a weird dent in clothes. Service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly. Would have liked to get a nightcap without driving but oddly none of the three hotels right there has a lounge. Would definitely stay here again

We stayed here for about 2 months and I have nothing to say except it was the most best place The people were the kindest sweetest go out of their way for you The maids were even nice they the place you could not ask for anything better The room was fine it was just wonderful it made us feel like it was home while we were looking for a home I can't rave enough about the people here Erica the manager,has been great everyone has. Yuki was wonderful Margaret was wonderful also, The list goes on and on .I will miss it

I really appreciate the general manager at this location. He went out of his way allowing me to check in early on both visits. The rooms are very comfortable; quiet ( no traffic ; couldn’t hear construction). My only complaint that is in the hotels control is to make double sure the bathrooms are cleaned well near the toilet and sink drains properly. For some reason on my second stay my bathroom sink was clogged and the area surrounding the toilet had about 1/2 inch of dirt . This was very unexpected as my first trip everything was immaculate. Also my room clock was broken and would have been noticeable to whomever cleaned the room ( someone clipped cord). Other than that I really like this hotel primarily because of the gentleman that manages this hotel. Customer service really takes precedence over any other minor inconveniences outlined above and for this reason, I will def book again.TYSM

My stays have been excellent in terms of customer service. The general manager Tony Moreno always greets me with a warm smile, accommodates all of my special requests and is just a nice gentleman. The rooms are clean and spacious. Great location (quiet). This is my go to hotel .

I booked this on accident. I usually go to the Holiday Inn. Everything was decent. Not bad not great if that makes sense. I prefer the free breakfast and rooms at the holiday inn. If I was staying for an extended period this might be better. This feels more like a hotel for workers or business people. I did miss the free breakfast and a bathtub. Also I like the layout of the other rooms better. This was cozy and remodeled but just didn’t feel as comfortable for me.

Hi, I recently stayed here and had a terrible experience. Starting before check in, my rooms were all canceled before I could check in, never did they contact me to try and resolve anything I had just seen my cancelation in my emails later on. Second, we showed up at 3pm (check in time) and weren't able to check in till after 6pm which made us miss a huge prior commitment which was reason of us being in the area. Third, we had multiple questionable charges on our account which weren't able to be tracked when I called. I reached out to the managers email twice with the charges and they did not contact me back at all. Overall, this hotel needs some extreme work. Only positive was the room , hotel technicalities on the other hand, not so great.
