Bree at the AZ Mills location was incredibly helpful! I came in searching for my wedding dress and tried on about eight different ones. I was starting to feel a bit discouraged. But Bree truly took the time to listen and understand the style I was looking for. She ended up finding the dress—my absolute dream gown. ETA: We returned for a second year a row & had another amazing experience!!! The customer service was incredible and the dress we found for senior prom looks couture! Amy was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. She made our girls feel taken care of from start to finish!

We wished we had started our prom dress hunt here!! Incredible selection of dresses. It's probably 20,000 square feet of almost entirely prom dresses with a bridal section, a mother of the bride section, an LBD section and more. We found both our girls dresses here after a long day looking everywhere in Scottsdale and finding nothing. I gave them 4 stars because the customer service was very underwhelming. I never had one person speak to me personally and we were in the fitting room quite awhile. They didn't help us get different sizes or anything (try finding another size in a dress when there are literally thousands). They were very snotty to my girls when they asked if they do a military discount for my veteran husband and tried to say they wouldn't honor it since he wasn't with us, even though we drove down from Sedona 2.5 hours away. It was very much a shop on your own kind of experience. Thankfully the older woman who checked us out was much kinder and ended the day on a positive note, honoring the military discount. Prices were pretty decent and there was a huge clearance section with great options as well. Some things were overpriced but we found what we needed! We'll definitely start our prom dress journey here next year!!!

I came in to try on some wedding dresses and was greeted by Breet. Since this was an off-the-rack store, I wasn't expecting to have any help, but Breet was so attentive and kind throughout the entire process. She took dresses to a fitting room, gave me feedback, and offered suggestions on different dresses, which really helped me figure out what style I was looking for. She also empowered me to browse and experiment with styles I was unsure about, so I could make a well-informed decision. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything, nor did I feel rushed at all. Thank you, Breet, for making my experience so stress-free and wonderful! I'll definitely come back if I'm ever in need of another fancy dress.

Marbella and the amazing woman with blonde hair whose name I didn't catch were BRILLIANT. I have at least 2 weddings to go to this year and another one eventually when there's a renewal, so I asked for a difficult and niche outfit which would fit ALL their criteria. Marbella was able to tell my size, find me flattering outfits, and was amazing as she juggled me and 5 other customers with the other amazing worker who I believe was a manager? Regardless, they did a brilliant job and it was awesome! Especially given most places don't cater to rounder girls, it really was a help. Thank you!

Recently came in with my sister looking for bridesmaids dresses. We were stressed and already on our fourth store. Finally when we walked in we were greeted by an associate Breet.
