Cal-Vintage Roofing has worked on our Spanish tiled roof before, and Javier had been on the roof before. We had a leak in the kitchen in December, so I called C-V. Joel C. surveyed the roof over the kitchen and sent an estimate for the repair. Joel is always pleasant to work with. Eventually, C-V had time for the repair, and Javier came back again. He is a charming guy, and he really knows tile roofs! He found a much more serious problem (photos) than we expected, went out for the materials (sheathing, felt, and battens) and finished the job in 2 1/2 hrs.

We like Cal-Vintage roofing. They have a functional business office where they answer the telephone, which has not been common among roofers in my experience. We appreciate their service and will call them when we have the next roof issue.

The team members at Cal-Vintage Roofing are first rate. Over the years my stone-coated steel roof had these divots from various service folk who walked on my roof incorrectly. I knew the damage would lead to bigger problems and it was an eye sore! Joel, my sales rep, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to assess my roof's needs right away. OMG I am so thankful for finding this company!! I was searching for companies to repair our roof after the Sacramento New Year's Eve storm. It took time to hear from our insurance company because of the volume of calls being made. The adjuster notified me to start looking for roofers right away, because it may be hard to find companies that repaired metal type roofs. Some said they did and then came out and said they didn't! It was a lot of work until I got ahold of this company. Wade came out and was so nice and assured me that they have the materials and could repair the roof which other companies said they had to locate the type and color! I got on their calendar and again I am so thankful. They do roofs and I also found out from a friend who used them that they do gutters also!! It took 5 months to get to our roof inspected and finding a company to do the work! Thank you Kim, Wade and the team for being a blessing through this trying time! We are happy customers!!!

A very professional experience, the tile/roof damage was extensive, but the repairs are so good, you can’t tell it ever happened. Fernando Franco came out quickly, gave us a reasonable bid and his scheduler took care of the rest. Communication was excellent and the repair technicians were on time, fast and through.

The Cal Vintage Roofing Team has been fantastic. Marcus came out and did an initial inspection on all of our leaks, followed up with a written estimate with outlined close up pictures and drone pictures of the entire roof systems. He marked all of the leaks spots and determined other potential areas that could be included. Their team arrived after the rains and completed all of the work in one day. Marcus followed up with his team and then reviewed the materials used, repairs done and cleaned up 100%.
Their quote was true to the work and we have had no leaks to report.
