Excellent spot to get some spicy shrimp tacos. The fish tacos were okay, but the shrimp tacos were excellent. You can only dine outside, but if you are working or on your way somewhere, it works well. I suggest trying to order ahead if that is an option because you will have a good 10-minut e wait and no place to sit.

Finally decided to take the turn at the red light. A small mom and pop style market . I wanted to try out the ranchera flap meat. It was priced higher than other markets, at $17.99 lb. But the meat was great, tasty and tender, so it made up for the price. Cardenas in $9.99 lb, other place down the street is $12.99 lb for the same cut. They have La Chona melting cheese that’s great too. 3.8/10 Everything here is going $1 - $10 higher than other places. Place is organized at a bare minimum, I like how they had the listed pricing on the racking. Surprisingly the packaged choco flan was good. Total items bought: 3 ( 1 lb meat, La Chona Cheese, choco-flan) debit charge: $39.21

"BEEF LENGUA" is what I was looking for, and California Ranch Market showed up.
The Hot Meal is a "TO-GO" restaurant, you choose your meal, they hand you a ticket to pay at the cash register. This gives you the opportunity to shop around the grocery store so you can pay for all your (meal) and grocery items altogether.

One downside (no minus on star rating) are the marked-up prices.

There selling bread with mold worst of all the ppl who buy this from the kitchen and ask for it has a torta or whatever won't notice. I just needed the bread so it was literally noticeable. Used to be a good place but now they don't want anything to go to waste even if it's rotten.

The food was delicious. The exotic fruit was a dream come true. The customer service, Excellent. Thank you ladies! The only thing missing was the sign indicating the price of the fruit, shockingly expensive. Lesson learned: Just like the menu of a fancy restaurant, if there are no prices, it's going to be expensive!

The food portions are beyond plenty for the money you pay, not stingy with the salsas the only downside is the wait can be a while especially during lunch time easy 25 minutes, but worth the wait. Birria quesadillas and birria burrito are loaded with meat. Highly recommend PHONE-IN food order no waiting.
