If I could give zero stars, I would. I had them install a sliding glass patio door in the summer of 2022. It rained really bad that winter, and the patio doors leaked on either corner ruining my wood floors. I didn't have the money to fix them the next spring as they were out of warranty by then. So I waited and saved. I called them in June of 2024 and left a message, but no one got back to me. So I went by and left a message with the young man who told me someone would get back to me. Nobody ever did. So I went by in person again explaining I knew the doors were no longer under warranty, but I just wanted them fixed so they didn't leak. The officer person said she would schedule someone to come out. About a week later, 2 workers showed up and assessed the issue. They said they'd report back to their boss and get me an estimate. That was on Oct 1, 2024. Today was October 23, 2024. I left one voice mail for someone to please contact me in between the 1st and the 23rd. I received no response. At this point, I'm gonna have someone else fix whatever is wrong with the doors they installed. I would not recommend them they have terrible customer service, and it appears they do lousy work;-(

What can I say about Ray and his team at California Glass Co. We shopped for windows for a long time to find the right style, color and install team. Ray was the last quote we received. After speaking with him I was confident his company was right for our project. It doesn't take long when speaking with Ray to understand he is a perfectionist and takes pride in his work. He is detailed, patient and creative. All good attributes when one is working on an older home like ours. No doubt qualities he picked up from his father who started the business many years ago and now Ray is running the business and he took great care of us.
Our home is a mid century ranch built in 1958. The original windows were cool ascetically but very inefficient. The steel frames emitted heat or cold depending on what season we were in. They windows also made for a difficult and time consuming removal. Install required both time and creativity on behalf of Ray's team. Ours was not an easy in and out job and took some serious creativity. I don't think I would have received that kind of attention from a big box company. There can be unexpected delays with a project like ours but we have come to take these things in stride.
We are completely satisfied with our new windows, sliding doors, (all 30+ of them) and especially with Ray and his team at California Glass Co.
We are now ordering Hunter Douglas power blinds with Cal glass. I highly recommend Ray and his company for any glazing you may need.

Ive been working with Ray and his team for over 5 years with all my projects. There turn around is outstanding. The receptionist is nice and is very pilot with all my customer's. Thank you California Glass for all your great service all these past years.

I have had to follow up with California Glass for months now for a simple door closure on a property that we manage. Each week it's a new excuse or the part isn't in or Ray says he's going to go install it. Nothing ever comes to fruition.

I had California glass get some vinyl seals for my shower . I had a hard time finding the one I needed myself ray and janet communicated with me through the process as far as product to clean the glass and they installed the frame and old glass
It came out amazing . California glass is a great company to work with they are knowledgeable

Quick professional service. I've had them cut me preplcement glass for a single pane windows. I've also called for replacement plastic that covers our lights in the kitchen ceiling. They didn't sell the plastic there but told me where to buy it and did offer their service to cut it down to the size I needed. Very helpful.

Well i dropped off my single strength window around 10:30am and the owner looks like a old white guy,well he says he will try to start on the repair ar 1pm and around 2:30pm i should be done. My ticket said that he "will call customer"and i get no phone call i try to call numerous times and no pick up....so i this is around 3:15pm and the store closes at 4:30pm no call thats weird...i personally dont like to waste time by driving down not knowning if he be done,well i get there and he has my window..i said i been calling and no answer i then said i work work grave yard shift and im tired so i dont know why i coulnt get a phone call he said he was doing alot of things at the same time he also said he used to be a five 0. Back in the day basically a piss match

I've called this place several times trying to schedule an appointment. Each time the person answering the call has no knowledge of my previous messages nor does it come up in their system. Today I asked to speak with a different customer service rep because she was being very rude and she hung up on me. Horrible service, I won't give them my business.
