This dealership is great. I loved working with the entire team from Nancy to Lee to Jaseli. All of them helped make the transaction process a breeze to complete and made a remote purchase extremely easy! My only complaint would be with shipping the vehicle, but if you are local or within driving distance, this should not be an issue.

I had a fantastic experience at Chevrolet Cadillac of Turnersville! Jim, my sales guy, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy at all, which made the whole process feel comfortable. I went in to check out one car, but ended up falling in love with another. Jim really knew the ins and outs of both vehicles and made sure I had all the info I needed to make my decision. Lee in finance was also awesome, making the paperwork process smooth and easy. Highly recommend this dealership for a great, no-pressure car buying experience!

Writing a poor review in regards to the “5” yes “5”service appointments made over the last month that were again missed! Scheduled for my car to be picked up & serviced on 5 different dates and again today no one shows or calls … when I call they are very apologetic and offer to have a manger call however those calls never came either! So disappointing from Cadillac!

I hate dealing with car dealers,never a good experience.My wife wanted a new Cadillac, I thought here we go again . My wife found the Cadillac she wanted and it was at Cadillac of Turnersville.Well I have a new positive attitude after dealing with Bev(internet sales )John (I believe the Mgr) Nancy ( went over the vehicle with us)and even the Finance woman (sorry I forgot her name ) I had my first positive experience buying a new vehicle . I would definitely recommend if you’re in the market for a vehicle to stop by and see them

I have to start with the cheerful, excellent young girl Ashley. I think her name was beneficial, professional, and friendly. On the other hand, the sales manager, John, was the only person available to discuss the monthly payment. There was a sale female and a male who both had customers. We went to John, the manager's office, and felt judged. He asked us if we wanted to lease or buy if we had trading. He then entered some numbers on the computer without asking about our credit or asking many questions. He told us that it was going to be $900.00. My husband said no way. How did you come up with this price? I said, plus, online, it says you have these deals. He said the price and didn't even ask us to run the credit or anything. It seems that he was bothered we had to go to him. No one should be judged by the way we look or dress.
