I have purchased many items and all have been the worst quality ever! I would never ever purchase any white gold from this designer!!
My husbands white gold BZero ring turns yellow every 3 months. I purchased a chicladi ring years ago and wore it to dinner for the first time to find a disk missing.
The worst is when I purchased a new set of diamond earrings and was told that I somehow changed the backing. I am allergic to non gold and brought them back and it turns out they sold me a non bulgari backing.
I have many other designers such as Cartier, Tiffany, Van Cleef, David Yurman, etc.
This is the worst quality ever and they don’t care!

I purchased the wedding ring, and requested resizing to fit. I was said it is about 3-4 weeks, but the updated size was wrong from the requested. They needed to go back & forth, and consequently, the resizing took almost 1 year. I had to visit the shop too in order to confirm.

I have been waiting for long time, thus me and wife could not wear the ring during that time. We missed several events to show the ring such as celebration events or photo opportunity. It has been disheartening to experience the frustration we have experienced.
