Super duper cute clothes! Was greeted at the door by a friend lady and she was so nice and helpful. She went though the shop and helped me pick of different pieces and ended up finding the dress of my dreams 🙂

While in the dressing room trying on dresses I hear my saleswoman discussing how sick she is with her coworkers. Not cool and not funny. Hearing how bad she felt but still working to spread it around!!

Button Up is a beautiful boutique with excellent customer service-they were so helpful and not stuffy or pretentious at all. If you're in need of someone with an amazing eye for fashion and what looks great with your body type, ask for Sharna, she's your gal. I pretty much don't pick out my outfits anymore, I let her do it, and I'm never disappointed!

The lady in the Eldorado Hills was rude and didn't bother helping us to find a dress my daughter asked over the phone. She told us she have the dress in the store, but when we get there she said she doesn't have the dress. We drove 1 hour. We heard she thinks black girl's cannot avoid the price of the dress😱

I've been to this boutique quit a few times in the past and it has always been a fun experience. But recently the last couple of times I've been there was less than a pleasant experience. Nobody greeted me as I walked inside and the employees seemed a bit snotty. Which is not good for thier little business considering the latest merchandise and thier display. It's a little dated and the store itself can use a little dusting and tidying up. I really dont want to criticize but just wanted to voice my opinion about your little boutique and may e keep you from losing more customers. I myself will be taking my business to more fun welcoming stores like Anthropology.
