We just purchased our second camper from Burton Campers! The process was seamless and they are always SOOO thorough. Our sales person was Lee. Our financing person was Todd. Our walk through was done with Shaun. Once the paperwork was completed we started moving all of our things from one camper to the other. Dallas Clifton went above and beyond making sure we didn’t need help with anything. He provided us with water, he checked in on us several times, and he made sure all of our technology was up to date and ready to go. He helped my husband hook up to the truck before we left, and told us thank you for our business several times. We have never had a bad experience with Burton Campers. We live 3 hours from them, but we will always continue to use them for services and purchases because of their excellent customer service. I highly recommend doing business with these people! I wish I could give more than five stars to Burton. We were traveling home to the Midwest from Florida when we discovered that our RV would not accept any AC power from the pedestal at the RV park. This was on Good Friday, after business hours, and we were in Montgomery, AL. Next morning, I called Burton as soon as they opened and explained our dilemma. They told me to bring it right in, and although they didn't have any service techs available on Saturday, they'd get us checked in and look at it first thing Monday.

On Monday, they told me that it was a bad AC power cord and they would order a new one under warranty. We made arrangements to stay in the Birmingham area for a couple days, and on Tuesday, we were notified that the part would be delivered in 24-48 hours. So far, so good. Unfortunately, after a day or two, we were told that the supplier said that the part was back ordered and it would be nearly a week for it to be delivered. This was bad news, as we needed to get home within that week. Let me here give a shout-out to Jeremy in the parts department, who called all over the place to see if anyone else had this part in stock, but to no avail.

We resigned ourselves to being there for another week or so, when on Friday afternoon I got a call from Burton saying that our RV was fixed and ready to go! The part had come in that day, well ahead of the revised schedule, and they installed it immediately, before closing time on a Friday, getting us back on the road on Saturday and avoiding a whole other weekend sitting in place. This was fantastic service and customer care on their part!

As we got ready to go, we were talking to the folks at Burton who told us that their directive was to never turn away people who were traveling - get them in, get them fixed, get them back on the road. And they did that in remarkable fashion.

We can't say enough good about our experience at Burton. Let me give special mention to a few people who really helped us out: Easton in Service, who walked us through the process from the first phone call to the time we pulled away with our repaired rig; Jeremy in Parts, who I mentioned before, giving great effort to get the parts we needed as soon as humanly possible; and Mr. Nance, the Service Tech who actually did the repair and wrote a fantastic description of precisely what he did and how he did it on the repair order - I've never seen a more complete write-up on a repair from anyone.

Even though we don't live in Alabama, we are seriously considering making Burton our choice for routine maintenance, as we travel though their area a couple times a year. I don't think I've ever encountered an RV service facility this good and this professional, and we thank them so very much for getting us back on the road and headed home!

From start to finish my salesperson Dallas made buying my Jayco trailer a smooth and seamless process. The signing of the paperwork was quick and easy, and the walk through of my new travel trailer was at my pace, and I never felt rushed. Their service department that installed my hitch and brake controler, trained me in the use of both, and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Overall it was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend Burton Campers!
