Not a bad store, but selection was pretty poor. I ended up buying nothing and was glad leaving the store looking at a huge line to pay. Glad I did not have to be in that line

After making my purchases I was berated by one of the employees at the exit. I had left a basket of clothes to by the fitting room as I had not known they were closed. There was no announcement. How was I to know. More importantly though her intent seemed to do it at a moment to shame me In Front of an audience as she scoulded me like a dog. She thought she was justified. In getting angry at a customer who’s intent had been to try in and buy clothing. As human and another adult there was no reason for such rude disrespectful behavior. Let alone a guest services employee to a customer. She had no interest in finding out the cause or hearing a reason. She just wanted to take her anger out on me. Even the security guy was ashamed of it and he did not even look at me or check my receipt as I left. Poor customer service. And terrible at being an adult.

Happy moment of thanksgiving purchase gone into Horrible situation for my kid.
Bought a dress for my kid and billed at the counter . But store person didnot remove anti-theft tag pin properly and packed the dress with sharp pin in it. When my kid tried the dress in home , sharp pin fell down on the floor and she stepped on it while wearing the dress. It made a puncture in the feet and she fell down with screaming and tears . It was bleeding and we gave First-Aid to her.
I would say store person should have been handled it very carefully.

Store was messy I couldn't get around with my Walker everything was out of place I got frustrated and just went to marshalls...I will NEVER go to this store again. When I told an associate about all they said was yeah it is a bit messy. Being disabled and all the crap on the floor was a major risk..they are lucky I didn't fall

I didn't know the Burlington on Saratoga had closed so we tried this one. Wrong thing to do.
The store was a mess! Products all over the floor, jam packed aisled (An ADA NIGHTMARE). More like a Marshall's than what I expect of a Burlington's.
The staff were pleasant but did like to chat to each other while ringing up customers, and you can't see the total as they are ringing things up until they verbally tell you. Concerning. Yes, I checked my receipt.
Overall, a very stressful trip, and all I wanted was shoes!!!

I agree with the other reviews, it is a messy store. I thought maybe it was messy because of the holidays but I don't think it's the case.
This Burlington store is new I'm not sure why there is no organization. Your store line is crowded and messy just like the Ross stores.
Some of the clothing items in the men's section were dirty, as if some kid used it as a snot rag.

I'm really sorry to say they wouldn't let me give anything less than a one-star we've waited almost 2 years for the San Jose store to open I've seen goodwills that look better than the interior of this store it's a good thing I'm only 4 me to the Great Mall and like 6:00 to Westgate this store is a huge disappointment
