Best BK experience! Fresh food, fast & Not microwaved!! Kitchen guys were friendly and fun to watch make the order (and easy on the eyes too 😉).

I went through drive thru spending 42 bucks for 3 meals, and it was over cooked, and had way to much mustard and probably a full cup of jalapeños on a burger that alone is 15 bucks! With as much as it costs you would think they would hire people who could do their job correctly. Ridiculous!

Of all the fast food places in Susanville, I think they have the worst track record for getting orders right second only to Taco Bell. I ordered pickle fries, I got chicken fries. Couple orders ago I ordered cookies, didn't receive cookies. And they never include the sauces that are advertised to come with the items, you have to ask if you want any sauces at all. The orders are wrong at least 50% of the time. And the menu board speaker is WAY too loud, to the point of being startling.

On our way back to AZ...drive thru and look what was close by!
Ladies at window were kind, food was delicious. Fresh...fries were really fresh n hot.

It was just a quick stop to grab a jr. breakfast burrito. Made to order. Service was super, but the best part was being greeted immediately.

I got their 2 for $6. The Whopper and Big Fish sandwich. The real shocker was the medium soft drink that cost me $2.49 plus tax. The same size at McDonalds can be gotten A-la- cart for $1.00 (I got the drink at Burger King A-la-cart). The counter clerk was so busy visiting with two female customers who were waiting on their order that I waited a minute before she acknowledged me then she got my order wrong.

We went the other night it was freezing outside and they had the a/c on inside. It was so cold inside we decided to take our food home.
