Awesome costumer service, Jose the owner has worked on my truck for over 4 years always does and amazing Job ,from changing my breaks to aligning my truck. His prices are super reasonable. Also he makes you feel at home and always has a smile on his face and is super friendly. I definitely recommend this place . If I could give more starts I definitely would!!

Update: I've decided to change my review to four stars to not negatively impact this business and their hard workers. I appreciate the response from the owner and his attempt to make things right.

I typically don't write online reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience at Buena Vista Tire Shop. Let me be clear, I'm not saying the entire shop is bad. However, my experience left me feeling frustrated.

Here's what happened: I called Buena Vista Tire Shop to inquire about new tires and get a quote. I explained the specific size and brand I was interested in. The person on the phone gave me a price that I considered fair. So, I decided to head over to the shop to get them installed.

When I arrived and spoke with the technician about the tires, he presented a bill that was $50 more than the quoted price. I mentioned the phone conversation and the price I was given. He then explained that they must have quoted me for a different brand over the phone, and the one they had in stock was more expensive.

Here's the curious part: The brand they had in stock, supposedly different from the quoted one, was actually the exact same brand mentioned on the phone.

This left me feeling confused and frankly, a little misled. While the price difference wasn't huge, the lack of transparency about the actual cost upfront was disappointing.

For future customers, I would recommend double-checking the quoted price and brand with Buena Vista Tire Shop before heading down to avoid any surprises. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident, but it's definitely something to be aware of.
