I loved this store, so much. The staff was so friendly, and this one cashier made us laugh so many times. Katrina was a HUGE help in finding jeans that not only looked amazing, but fit and felt really nice. (And that's coming from a person who has never been a big fan of jeans, and hasn't worn a pair in a few years.) Defiently recomend this place to anybody.

This store has been great to me over the past years. The current manager has been a great help and her staff have been superb to my girlfriend and me. The staff members who helped us have shown phenomenal knowledge about their styles and helped my girlfriend find cute outfits that fit her style for an upcoming work trip. If any corporate employee reads this, please let this store know they are doing amazing and we look forward to shopping for years to come because of the hospitality we've experienced at this store.

My first visit and now BUCKLE is the only place I'll shop for jeans.
I postponed shopping for jeans for almost 2 years because medication changes effected my weight...and self-esteem. The sales person fitted me quickly. I left with jeans that looked great on my body and my budget. I never felt fat, old, or hopeless. Best of all, it took less than an hour!

I shop at this location all the time an never had a issue til the other day. I went in to look at kids clothes an a lady came up an ask if I needed help. I said no but she remained standing behind us. She was so close she made me an my son uncomfortable. I asked her if she needed something an she said no. I asked her then could she back up. She said she had to stand there an took one step back. I know that’s not policy because I have a relative that worked there. We left. I will not return to this location as long as she’s there

The manager and assistant manager Debbie are the best! Customer service is outstanding. Buckle at McFarland Mall is Tuscaloosa is my new favorite place to shop. It’s refreshing to go in and have people that actually want to help you and appreciate your business! I would recommend these ladies and store to anyone that enjoys a pleasant shopping experience with helpful people that go out of their way to welcome you and your business! They must have fired the employee that was referred to on someone's previous post because I had excellent service as did two young black girls that were in the store at the same time as me. Their clothing is expensive but so worth it. Their jeans never wear out or loose shape!
