I've been using Broadway Pharmacy for about, maybe 6 years now. The employees & the Pharmacists
(Vincent-retired now & his wife CAM) are AMAZING people, just really great people. Cam has so much compassion & care and concern for all of her customers. Plus she's funny. She goes above & beyond to help a customer in need. If she can't help for whatever reason, she explains the reason in ways that her customers can understand. She never looks down on her customers nor treats them bad nor judges them even if someone is homeless or battling mental health issues. Cam doesn't look down on a customer or treat them like drug addicts on the street if they need to take pain meds either. Cam is firm when setting boundaries & explains the laws where customers will understand without them feeling hopeless in despair. ONE MORE THING; Every year customers get a "BIRTHDAY" CARD in the mail too. It's always a nice surprise. I wish this pharmacy and the employees could receive much more positive recognition and awards for going out of their way to help others....

They have helped me so many times.
I am so happy and Blessed to have them as my Pharmacy and I TELL EVERYONE about all they have done for me. I am type 1 diabetic and I rely on insulin. They make sure I am stocked with my insulin even before I run out. At times I forget to check. They do reminder calls. And they are real people who treat you like family.
Cam the pharmacist, she is truly been my lifeline and angel. She calls me, or has her Staff call me to make sure I have my insulin ahead of time and don't run out.
And they deliver to my house FREE on MONDAY, WEDNESDAY and FRIDAYS.
I am so happy I switched from the big pharmaceutical companies to Broadway Pharmacy.
It is a blessing upon blessings. I highly recommend it to ALL my family and friends if YOU or YOUR LOVED ONE LIVES in the La Mesa, Spring Valley area. Call them NOW, YOU WILL THANK ME 🙂 🙏

I love that it is privately owned because the customer service is fabulous. People are knowledgeable and always looking for ways to make the experience good. They are helpful in ways that are surprising and they deliver as well. It has been such a great thing not having to deal with CVS that even being closed on Sundays has been worth it.
