I go to Pearl Nails here in this plaza. Have been coming here for many years. Great location especially the Safeway across the street. The panda is amazing. Great flowers and food in the Safeway as well. Starbucks inside there is really awesome.

How do you rate a strip mall? I would say, if there's plenty of parking, it's easy to get in and out of, a decent variety of stores, and at least one fast food joint, it checks all the boxes. And by golly, Broadway Marketplace checks all the boxes!

A nice collection of stores in a little plaza that needs leases to be filled. Some stores have been around for a while but many would say Salad and Go is what's keeping it busy besides Office Max whose been there a long time! Tempe Pawn is there, can't go wrong with a little quaint pawn shop that technically offers so much. There are several Asian restaurants that are pretty good! The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because of the amount of empty suites in the plaza. I feel safe when in it and have very few issues with traffic.

Great strip mall if what your looking for is in it. I limit my visit to ACE Hardware. They have just about everything you might need for anything you might be doing around the house. Sometimes it is just easier to hit up ACE than going to the big box stores (HD& L). Prices are a tad higher but sometimes you have to pay for convenience and it is convenient. The other businesses are helpful; Office supply, sandwich shop, pet hotel, salad joint, the evil title loan shop and a few others.

Love the Tempe Pawn and Gold . Stop in occasionally for the latest sunglasses . Also they have great selection of acoustic guitars computers tvs amps . I tried out an acoustic Martin today . Thanks guys see ya next time 😉

I come to this plaza for office supplies. The last time I was here, I was taking a look at the pet resort that is cage free. The office area is great, but there were so many dogs and it smelled awful just two steps back. I decided not to take my dog there.

There is plenty of parking at this plaza, because the stores aren't hugely popular. So, not a problem to find a spot. Decent variety in stores, places to eat, etc in this plaza.
