Brek and Becky are the dynamic duo! We were fortunate enough to have them service our pool 3 years ago, in the middle of summer and our brand new pool was turning green FAST. Brek took time out of his busy route to do an emergency service on our pool before it got any worse. Since then, the service has been exceptional and we HIGHLY recommend them. Don’t make the mistake we did and try to do your own chemicals, leave it to the professionals! Brek is hilarious, professional and always smiling. He can fix anything and even installed the remote to be on our phones. He truly is super man! Thank you Mr. Brek!

Brek is a master at his craft. He gave me a quote and date he would be able to install a new pump for my pool. He did an awesome job and his attention to detail shows the pride he takes in his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for great service.

Brek is amazing! Went out of his way to fit me into an already busy schedule, came outside of regular hours just to help get our pool up and running and install a pump. Knows his chemicals, knows the equipment, knows how all works and I feel confident with everything he’s installed! It was great because our pump broke this season, and I had no idea what to order or what to do even if I figured out what to order. He just came over took a look at it and got the pump, all the parts, pipes, glue etc to install it and reinstalled it even better than the other one had been!
Plus he is absolutely hilarious!
We also own a rental property in a condo complex that he has been taking care of for years… And that pool always looks great.
Really happy with the customer service and knowledge base he has.

We were so impressed with Brek in addressing our new pool start-up issues. We are building a new home in Jackson, and through a series of unfortunate events had to get rid of our pool builder (we found out he was working without a valid contractor's license). When it came time to start up the pool we had all sorts of issues with the system. As such, we were abandoned, and Brek came to our rescue. He was able to come out promptly and spent hours solving our complex pump and electrical issues. He was easy to work with, pleasant, and very informative about the problems we encountered. I would recommend him in any circumstance. Highly professional and personable. I cant give him enough kudos.

Excellent Customer Service, very Professional.
On Sunday 7/22/18, i discovered a broken return line from my pool filter to the waterfall. It was broken off at both ends (My dog ran into it). On Monday morning 7/23/18, i emailed Brek's Pool Service with a request for service. He immediately responded and asked if i could provide a picture of the broken water line. I no more sent the picture and he called me indicating that he could stop by this very morning and make the repair. He provided an estimate which was very reasonable and was at my house with in an hour. He wasted no time in making the repair. In fact i was in the house and i heard the waterfall running, i could not believe that he was already done. I went out to see and it was plumbed and running. He is a nice person and clearly has a great work ethic. I was originally told about Brek's about a year before by a gentlemen who had also done work on my pool, he indicated that he was very good and dependable. so i put Brek's information in my phone and today he proved just what the other repairman had told me. If you are wondering why i didn't use the first pool repairman, it is because he was limited to the services he provides. After today, i will use Brek's Pool Service in the future and i will refer him when asked by others who i use.

I called BREK'S POOL SERVICE inquiring about about some work I was having done by another person. I spoke directly with BREK and even though I could tell he was busy, he took the time to explain to me in a friendly straight forward way what I should be expecting.
It's my first time owning a pool and, at times, it can be overwhelming. BREK set my mind at ease. I highly recommend that you give him a call and decide for yourself if he is right for your home.

I been calling around and many people in the pool business is not soo nice nor informational. However, Brek answered the phone today and it was extremely delightful, nice and informational. They do not service my area but he still gave me a company that would service me plus he offered to come by to do a one time service for a very reasonable price. From my experience, this company is differently 5 Stars!
