I have been baking sourdough bread for a while but I've never seen such Proofing Basket Set. It comes with removable designs to make scoring easier. If you wish to make your own design - just use the cloth liner. This is what I like about this set - it gives you options!

This is very unique Proofing Basket because it comes with additional inserts to help with bread design. Super easy to use and super easy to buy - I got mine from Amazon but they also have it on their website. Good gift idea for my fellow bread bakers)
