Working with Miss Haire and Branch Psychiatry is my first experience and so far, it has been wonderful. Miss Haire is a great listener and asks the right questions and is super supportive and helpful. I have been doing well and feeling very well and I really appreciate all of their efforts. The front office is kind and prompt and Stephanie Haire is a great provider. Haire listens and truly cares about the experience her patients have with mental health. They also offer in person or virtual and I love that. Can’t recommend this psychiatry office enough.

Dr Branch and Ms Heatherann are so professional and kind. Dr Branch takes her time with my daughter and she feels so comfortable talking and letting her know how she is doing. She has helped her and our family tremendously.

When my Dr. retired, I was reluctant to go to anyone else, but had no choice. After my appointment with Erik (Dr. Barba) I knew that I had been very blessed indeed. Erik is, without a doubt, a great doc. He made me feel comfortable. He listened and was right on point with what I need as a person; the communication was smooth. this office needs to be publicly shamed for their extremely poor treatment of patients. you’d think for a psychiatrist office they’d be more careful with their words. i am uninsured, i have a balance that i have been paying off gradually but i can not afford to pay for the entire thing. i’ve been going to this office since i was a teen and have never once been treated like a human being by their employees. they hold my balance over my head and taunt me with it and prevent me from receiving the medication i need. they say if i don’t pay the balance in 30 days they won’t refill my prescription. the balance is more than i make in a month. fortunately i have a sane PCP who wrote me that prescription no problem. but they should do their job and maybe treat their patients better, and stop ignoring them on hold.
