Our experience was great! We were treated well! We had to get our alternator replaced and it was late on a Saturday. Doug and crew made sure we got home and back to the shop on Monday like they said. Our car is running like before and we appreciated the service! Thank you!

Brakemax is the best!! Jeremy helped me when I called for an appt and the time was perfect. They changed my oil and rotated my tires within one hour. The atmosphere was pleasant and the people are very nice and competent. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Don was super duper! The tires are fantastic, I need not worry the rest of monsoon! Services were fast, the prices were on point. I called all around Tucson and drove from Vail because of the excellent customer service Don has provided to me time and time again. I’ll never doubt where I’ll get my tires ever again!! Always a great job at Brake Max, been using them for years, and always a polite and professional staff. Had appointment post-haste, and Don, informed me of the results of the vehicle inspection, and had the work done in their usual fine manner. All the staff, from the office to the service technicians, are great! They're up front with informing of the work and costs, and there are no surprises. Great to work with.

The store in Oro Valley that I use is very good. Nice staff that can help you find what you are looking for. Jeremy in particular was very helpful on diagnosing an AC problem on my Cadillac. Just by resetting the software codes took care of the problem. Thank you Jeremy and I am happy with you guys service.

I have used them for repairs on my vehicles for the past 2 years. Their customer service is outstanding! The repairs are completed quickly with explanation of the repair required, necessity and cost. I have not needed to bring my vehicles back after they have repaired it. I've had brakes, tires, catalytic converter, struts and shocks and other repairs done. Highly recommend ?

I came here to get my brakes checked and they quoted me 5,000 for all the “things I had wrong on my car”. $700 for brakes in insane. They are trying to charge over $3000 for struts and shocks and $130 for an alignment. They also said I had an “oil leak” when i clearly need a new gasket for my TRANSMISSION FLUID. It’s sad because I know that a lot of older people live over here and they are basically getting robbed at this place. My mechanic quoted me under 2k for all my repairs. Do your research before coming here.
