I brought my late father’s wedding band in for repair after it fell off my finger while driving. The ring had been ran over and flattened and I was devastated. I took the ring in and explained the situation and how important the ring was to me. Within minutes, the ring was fixed, resized, and polished. And all for a very fair price compared to big chain stores that would have had to send the ring off. Everyone in the shop was kind and helpful and the ring was brought back to life. I can’t thank Bradshaw’s enough for taking such good care of such an important piece to me. They earned a new, loyal customer today.

I was wanting to have a piece created in honor of my dad that recently passed. I originally tried Bradshaw's but was told I needed to see the owner who wasn't available that particular day.
Being anxious to get my idea in motion, I then when to Strickland's. Initially they were helpful, until I wanted to make a change to the design. After wasting 3 months, I never heard from them again. Must not have been a big enough job I'm guessing...
So I then reached back out to Bradshaw's and Mr. Ronny was wonderful to work with. He was very informative and patient though my design changes. He provided me timely updates throughout the process. A month later, I have my ring and I couldn't be any more pleased with how it turned out! Thank you again Mr. Ronny and team!

Bradshaw's will forever have my bussiness. My 25th Wedding Anniversary ring was recently lost at a hospital. Bradshaw's searched trying to find a ring that resembled the lost one. My fiancé and I went to Bradshaws to look at engagement rings, as I didn’t know what style or shape ring/stone I really wanted. Mr. Ronnie and his wife took up a great deal of time with us and showed me different rings once they got a base idea of what I’d like. They answered all our questions and we found the perfect ring. My wife and I got our wedding rings here together. We had a great experience with the entire process. My wife ended up wanting an addition ring added to hers, but with the odd shape of the stone, Bradshaws had to custom build the band. It was made flawlessly. My husband and I had been shopping around for the perfect ring, as we have celebrated our 10th anniversary this year. Sure we saw other beautiful rings and stones at other locations but we kept coming back to Bradshaws. Ronnie, Karen and Lacy were absolutely amazing at helping us. Lacy was so patient and help me choose the perfect bands for my ring. It’s also worth mentioning that my ring needed re-sizing after it had already been sized and they got the job done in two business days. Amazing!!! I have a pretty unique engagement ring and a normal band wouldn't fit so I had to have a custom one made. It took about 4-5 weeks for my band to come in, which I didn't mind, and when I got to Bradshaw's to see it and try it on.... IT WAS PERFECT! I really didn't expect it to be able to fit as perfectly against my engagement ring as it does. I am very, very impressed and HAPPY! I would recommend Bradshaw's to anyone!!
