My daughters wedding dress got lost and only got to us 3 days before the wedding and did not fit. Elizabeth told me to bring in the bra she had sold her and the dress. In a few minutes she had a seamstress on the way to help. Her customer service went above and beyond. I will always be grateful for her and Maria the seamstress for making my daughter wedding perfect. Her bras are also amazing. Everyone that works there are so friendly. Thanks again.

Edit: My issues were brought to the attention of the owner rather quickly after I left the original review. She did everything she could to make it right. I went back in and was refitted and felt like they actually listened to me this time. It is extremely difficult to find a bra that fits me correctly. She special ordered quite a few for me to try and worked hard to find one that worked for me. And did her best to fix the original. I will be back and would recommend them now. 😁 The only thing that still bothers me is that they still +4 to the band size, which is considered an outdated practice and hasn't been needed since they started adding good elastic to bra bands. So, if you want a good, supportive fit, make sure you go with your actual band size or very close to it.

I visited recently and feel like they just fit you into what they have available. The bra I purchased fit ok but after wearing it for a day, it's very obvious it's not the right size. If you have a smaller band size and a larger cup size, I would recommend driving to Creative Woman: The Wizard of Bras down in Monrovia. I've had much better luck there. They have more extended sizes.

I have a really hard time finding my size bra anywhere. Even online it is almost impossible to find a 36J. Belinda was so helpful. I wanted a tee shirt bra and without lace on it. My skin is sensitive and the lace irritates me. After checking out a few options we found one that meet my criteria. Unfortunately we had to order it and wait for it to come in. But considering my size and my trouble locating any at all, I was ever so grateful for Belinda finding one and ordering it for me within 30 minutes of my getting there. She also fitted my daughter and ordered hers as well in that time. Thank you again for making life just a little easier and well fitted for us bustier girls that can't go to just any store to get one.

I had a wonderful shopping experience at the Bra Shoppe thanks to Belinda, the salesperson who helped me. Belinda updated my bra measurements and proceeded to find the types of bras I like to wear. She was professional and listened to my requests for comfort. My bra fitting went very well and I made purchases of bras that will last a long time with proper care.
Delicate hand wash powder to wash bras is available for purchase. Finally, I also purchased o lovely tankini bathing suit from their bathing suit racks.

What a great experience! Belinda was my personal shopper! She measured and helped me find fits that I love and encouraged me to vocalize what I didn't love! I much prefer this to what I've shopped in the past. I am happy with my purchases and will definitely go back in the future.
Keep in mind, you will pay for this upper level service.. don't be a baby and whine about the price.. if that's the case go elsewhere

Despite what google says, this fine establishment is NOT closed! I was able to get confirmation of that with the owner on messenger prior to driving over an hour away!

I’ve shopped here for years before and was always highly satisfied! Now, we are visiting from out of state and The Bra Shoppe was on my priority list to visit!

The owner is beautiful, knowledgeable, personable and highly professional. I have lost a lot of weight and needed to be refitted. She was able to get me fitted quickly and knew exactly what to bring me to try on!

There are a lot of, not just functional, but beautiful choices you can make on your selections! The owner made my experience personal and very comfortable! I cannot recommend The Bra Shoppe enough! So greatful my husband sent me here years ago!

The owner is very nice and as helpful as you need. So is the staff.. Ladies PLEASE BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU ASK FOR!!!! Especially when ordering online.! Hopefully you will have a better experience with ordering online with them than I did. I was so hurt of what I had wanted and was not able to get after many years of looking for a local shop. I left disappointed and am currently crying as I post this.!
