I have never had a bad experience at this good will until today.
Absolutely horrible customer service.
I went to pay with my card and got told they needed to see ID.
I say “that’s stupid” and says if I don’t like it I can leave! I never said it was her fault. Just said it was stupid. this lady loses it! Freedom of speech lady! This is America!

Worst part is when I gave her my ID, she didn’t even do her job and look at it! Just threw it back at me! So what was the point of it all if you didn’t even look at my ID to make sure it was me!
When I went outside to leave this thrift store employee was waiting for me outside and starting yelling profanities at me! What kind of thrift store are they running? Do better ladies!

BEST THRIFT SHOP AROUND

I have explored other thrift shops in Laughlin, and many are overpriced, it's bonkers.

This thrift shop has reasonably priced items and an abundance of interesting finds.

From a $300 brand new grandfather clock, to cute grandma tea sets and bed sheets.

Each week there is something added from donations and it makes my heart glow.

Staff: 5/5
All the workers were very kind and answered any questions when presented. When buying an abundance of items, they can also hold the items up from so you don't have to keep them in your cart while shopping.

When a large donation was being made, the staff and donater made sure to allow customers in, in-between moving items and was wonderful!

Accessibility ♿: 3/5
The outside terrain can be a bit difficult for those who require wheelchair accessibility, and the inside can be narrow in some spots.

Stopped by here on my way to Bullhead. They had the best selection and terrific prices. Plus the lady behind the counter was very kind and helpful. I will stop again next time I’m near the area.
