I have been a customer of Bowlin's for many years (at least 15 years). I travel a lot across country with friends and family always stopping at a Bowlins. My favorite Bowlins was off I 40 exit 234 in NM because I live about 75 miles away and on my back east. My daughter and I have had Bowlin's 10% discount cards forever. Today my daughter and I stopped in at our favorite Bowlin's on our way home from Texas. She seen three beautiful crosses she wanted to buy but didn't have her card with her but I had mine. The clerk said she could not use my card because it's not assigned to her. On my card it says NOTHING about I can't share it! I just spent almost $1000 in May (30 days ago) in this same store but my daughter who is standing right beside me - can't save $6.00 off her purchase? Bowlin's you just lost at least two customers who have shopped with you for years over "$6.00"!

I love stopping in to shop here but I had to send a ring back because I lost a stone and it's been over 2 months and the manager won't even call me back.. I am told she will call me but she doesn't and all I am told is that they are going through a remodel. I've left 2 messages and have called 4 times.. Very disappointing
