If I could give zero stars I would. What an awful experience at your store. My mom and I go there yesterday at 2:10 pm, I think they close at 3 pm, to get my niece something for her birthday. We ring the doorbell and this woman reluctantly opens the door and is literally sizing my mom up like hmm, can she afford to shop here. So I’m just watching this unfold and the awful woman goes maybe go next door to the gift shop there basically like we have nothing for you here!! Like WTH?! Who does this lady think she is. Then she says “our stuff is very expensive” lolol oh really?! Like do you have any clue how much money we do or don’t have?! So my mom says how expensive, “ oh our scarves are $300” lolol so my mom sarcastically says yeah that’s out of our price range lol which it’s not but obviously we weren’t staying. Needless to say, I’ve never had a Pretty Woman” moment but to watch that happen to my mom oof. Not sure if that awful woman was the owner but either way, HORRIBLE experience.

Marilyn personally works diligently in every aspect of her business. She carefully curates every item sold in her boutique. She truly cares about each and every client as she puts is so much time and thought for each ones style and wardrobe.

Marilyn gives personal attention to all of her clients by making each one a one-on-one styling appointment. Over the years of working with you, she easily pulls looks prior to your appointment based on your body shape/size, your individual preferred style and whatever occasion you are shopping for during each appointment.

I HIGHLY recommend Marilyn for all of your looks whether they are casual, fancy, resort wear...literally every possibility! Marilyn always does her best to make you look and feel your best!

I just had the best experience at Boutique 811. The personal shopping attention is incredible, they have beautifully curated clothing with fine detailing, and you won’t be walking around dressed like everyone else once they get through with you. I can’t wait for the next time I need a fancy dress, I’ll be going there first. They put together outfits for me out of the separates I bought and I feel like a million bucks. Highly, highly recommend.
