I have been to multiple cities in search of the Bottega Black snake belt. Of all my experiences in luxury stores, this was by far the worst. I have never been met with such overtly rude sales associates. Throwing dirty looks and side eyes at potential customers is unacceptable.

My super lightweight leather purse is purchased from BV a couple years ago. Still works fine, and I just went again yesterday to purchase some leather heels for me. Also ended up buying the bf a stylish, sleek wallet with case. The prices are high but the quality is superb. Staff are commendable in their dedication to customer service.

I am still in shock of the staffs behavior! I have been shopping on Rodeo Drive for years, and I never had such an ugly experience. In contrary, every store there has extremely nice staff, warm welcome and they are helpful, making shopping a beautiful and exciting experience.
In contrary, the staff at Bottega Veneta on Rodeo Drive was snobby and rude.
First, I entered the store, three sellers were talking together at the end of the first room, no one came to welcome me or even care to ask if I needed help, which I clearly needed. I said Hi first, smiled to them and walked to the group of which seemed to be the store staffs, when finally Jasmine, one of the sellers, decided to walk towards me looking very annoyed.
I came to the store, after being advised to do so twice over the phone via the customer service to fix an issue on one of my favorite bags from Bottega Veneta. As for every purse I own, I take highly care of each bag I have and carefully keep them in a closet with their dust-bag. Although, I do care a lot to my keep my purse in a great shape, the bag has clearly a leather defect that need to be fixed.
While, I was explaining this issue to Jasmine, hoping for help to fix this. She extremely rudely behaved towards me! She started intimidated me while accusing that I have caused the damages on the leather probably getting the bag wet! As I told her, I didn’t get the bag wet because first, I live in Los Angeles, and fortunately there is no much rain in this area of California.
Second, this bag is a bag that I find to be more suited for summer because of its color. So even, it might rain sometimes in LA during the winter, I do not wear this bag during this period of time or even more on a rainy day as it is clearly not suitable. Of course, she didn’t have to believe me, but she could and anyone else who would see the bag from the inside or outside that this bag did not get wet (also because the suede leather would have been stiff and brittle if it got wet, which mine does not!) and is in a great condition if not the leather unsticking itself.
After she accused me of being the cause of the damage, and had a very nasty attitude towards me, saying that she would not get me a new bag which I never asked for, but just to be repaired, she also told me that I would have to pay for this bag defect even the Bottega Veneta bags are supposed to have a lifetime warranty!
I understand, if the problem was caused by me and I would have accepted the charge, but in this case, it wasn’t and this expensive, luxury bag should be under warranty. She just decided to be very rude, aggressive and unhelpful.
I decided to take the bag back with me as even I want to fix it, I didn’t feel comfortable and in a trusted environment to do so. She told me the manager would call me, but of course no one did!
I still thanked her for the help, and decided to leave. She did not say goodbye and while leaving the store there was another staff person, an older lady that I looked in the eyes hopping for a goodbye at least! But turned her face on the other side and did not say a word!
The only educated employee in this store was the security guard, who welcomed me and politely behaved saying goodbye. At least!
I would not recommend to anyone to shop the brand in this particular store ever, and definitely would never step a foot in it again.

I am a huge lover of this brand and I had an AMAZING experience with John and the other staff members. I like going and looking at items, they are well beyond my price point and the staff was still incredibly attentive and wonderful. Great experience, thanks so much for the great experience!

Do they hire people straight out of prison or the county jail , they sure look like it with hand tattoos and silver teeth . Even o e looked like her blue t shirt,pants and cross looked like a county jail outfit. Staff was rude and unprofessional. The black lady with tattoos all over her hands was harrassing a gentleman on the sidewalk telling him you couldn't film on a public sidewalk while I looked around inside . I had no idea at the time this interaction would be shown to the world on you tube till just today even though I was in there a few months ago

Please stay away from this location!!! Absolute fraud hall!!!! Unprofessional lazy personal, who lies left and right!!!
This is my situation! They sold my already bought items to someone else and told me that items were on their way, when this fraud revealed they had to send me a check, manager sends me a refund recipe and asks to wait for the check , check did not come of course, after 60 days of wait i gave them a call, hmmmmmmmm answering service instead of store rep!!!! store like Marshals or Target, which of source , are stores with more dignity and honesty!!!
This store was withholding my funds for 6 months!!!!!! They do not even have guts to answer the calls, tooooo delicate!!! Get hamlets iD iots!!!!!!ll life is tough!!!!!

I use to come to this store all the time, but I will not be going back.

The owner of the store is crude and discourteous. He treats others as inferior to him. I don’t know how owning a store can make someone act like they have the right to treat someone else like they are less than a person. I witnessed how he spoke to the construction workers outside his work and I was appalled, but that’s not even the worst of it..

When I first walked He wouldn’t stop undressing me with his eyes and he made several passes at me when all I wanted to do was enjoy another shopping experience. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in my life.

News flash not cool in this day and age. Somebody needs to knock him off his high horse before he looses all business for being cocky pervert.
