Cute stuff and excellent quality. However they do not allow returns… and they do not voice this until after you’ve purchased the items and come back to make your return. I purchased several outfits for my children and promptly took them home to have them try them on. I sent my husband back immediately (within the hour) with the items we didn’t want to keep, along with the receipt, expecting to be able to return the unneeded things. Oh no! “It’s their policy that they don’t accept returns! They can only offer store credit!” Oh and that’s only if you return them within 10 Days- (for all you future shoppers) … I won’t be going back! Sketchy & Desperate business policy, if you ask me. Well, I guess I will be shopping there to spend my gift card that I was forced to have…but never again!

Truly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am not local but returned a couple pieces that were unfortunately delayed in transit. They were initially not going to accept the return even though they could see the postmark date and indicated they were in the process of “figuring out what happened”. This was over 2 months ago and I’ve followed up multiple times via email with no response. At this point I’ve never received my refund, a response, or had my merchandise returned. Very disappointing because they have great stuff.

Not only was the site and my purchase experience extremely user friendly, but I had to call the next morning and upgrade my shipping options last minute to ensure the outfit would arrive soon... the staff was so friendly and accommodating, and my outfit literally arrived within LESS than 24 hours, and it is absolutely PERFECT!
